I love reading this thread because it lets me search for housekeeping bans to up my count.
sc4k will be unbanned after our discussion via PM. He agrees to not talk about astrology in the future. For those unaware, sc4k was a previously banned user with a history of being unreceptive to criticism against astrology. He's usually a good poster outside of that.

Chill! you're saying that Sc4k is HamerD?! hahaha I miss that guy

Reason: Your personality, much like your relationship with your imaginary girlfriend, is growing old and boring. I need something fresh. When you make your next new account can it be a bodybuilder who deals with racial adversity? Or maybe a foreigner who overcame all odds to make it, truly make it, in America.
lol at baal 1, 2, 3 and 4 accounts
Also, first time I see a person get unbanned again. Chill is mercy

*edit ( I can't seem to find him on the Automated list, for some reason you can't choose an ALL option on it to see all its posts then just ctrl+f a name) A search might help. Although if I look at it myself, Baal's perm ban doesn't show up. That's odd. (He has a perm ban in the ban list, I've seen it myself) TL.net Bot TL.net. May 06 2010 02:54. Which is also correct, maybe "absolutely disagreed" being too strong on my part, but I didn't really get any sense of conviction about it from hwanni, nor did most others in the thread apparently. Certainly not to support the "BW is dying" overtones that were presented in the OP (even if that's not how Dan intended it, you can see clearly from the reactions that's how most people took it). Unless myself (and nearly everyone else in that thread who watched the video) just completely misunderstood hwanni, I think we all got a different impression from him than what was suggested with the title and OP. he shook his head because he interpreted as the end of the starleague franchise when artosis obviously meant it as the end of sc1 starleagues. obviously osl can continue with sc2, but it'll be very different and the focus of the video was the end of sc1, no more sc1 osls would be a very big part of that. and hwanni clearly does agree that it might be the last sc1 osl and that it would most likely switch in the future. both the "hur hur theres no news here" comment and changing the title are pretty fuckin gay when hwanni said exactly what artosis implied, and it was indeed news given that the community was getting opinions from a real insider when everything else floating around at the time was meaningless public announcements or second hand information.

Idra, you could say tabloids understate and artosis is objective if thats your thing, but remember, the truth isnt set in stone. Your aggressive behavior makes it that you are the god of starcraft, with infinite knowledge on account of your home. Mods can make wrong decisions, and threads can have the wrong name. But lets say I lived in korea and was an A iccup player and disagreed with you, which one of us would be right then? Why doesnt the universe implode when you and rekrul disagree? Answer that one, oh mighty saviour.

The biggest issue was that the thread was titled "Last SC OSL" or something to that effect, like it was definitive and set in stone. Clearly, as your own post admits, this is only a possibility. That purposely mislead everyone and pretty much was designed to attract viewers to the thread.

Reason: Your personality, much like your relationship with your imaginary girlfriend, is growing old and boring. I need something fresh. When you make your next new account can it be a bodybuilder who deals with racial adversity? Or maybe a foreigner who overcame all odds to make it, truly make it, in America. And I was just smacking him down for bad science, too... Oh well.

Posts like these have little to no place on TL, especially from someone who wants to be a featured streamer.

they reduced the sentence later, lol.
Bothers me how prejudiced that moderation is towards low post counts, but i suppose thats understandable. One can imagine a situation where high post garbage streamers can ask for donations but the best (top 5?) Protoss player can't

You can imagine a lot of situations that don't actually exist on TL if you want I guess...

do you treat people you've known for 10+ years the same as someone you just met

I guess what i'm saying is that, the current best american protoss was almost permabanned. yeah he posted a little douchiness, but now hes kind of a great SC2 resource.
"One can imagine" is just a polite way of not expressing my disdain for some other streamers, i guess.

there exists a streamer who i find to be without worth, in personality and play, who i know has asked for donations, but i do not know the specifics of it. Because his situation could differ from Huks, and also because said streamer may have been banned as well, i chose to word it this way. I do not know whether there was an actual injustice, but I assumed that there was. I essentially "made up" the situation in my head, because i jumped to conclusions. Using "one can imagine" (a dumb phrase, i admit) was just me conceding that i did not know anything about it.
