You need something that sounds believable and reasonable, possibly even smart, to the majority of the crowd, but that actually is complete nonsense if you know something about it. Extra bonus if you yourself are completely convinced that you are right, despite not knowing anything about the subject. I am looking for that silver player explaining to the bronzies that hydras are OP because he keeps losing handily to less supply of 2-2 hydras with unupgraded carriers in 1-a fights in THAT replay he just played. He even tried building void rays (or a mix, omg, one zerg units counters all toss units, ez-mode!?!?) but to no avail. Clearly he was more skilled than his opponent, as he had higher APM and more probes (let's not mention that he was on two bases for 15 minutes). The pros haven't understood it yet, and Snute that just posted that hydras are actually pretty crappy simply doesn't control his hydras properly, and he doesn't want his race nerfed, damn patch-zerg. It's not, duh. From this unit we came with new idea in the LotV beta - Hannibal Ultralisk upgrade! Ultralisk can now walk over cliffs and behind its head is a place for a queen which can transfuse it and defend it from air units. Also gains +5 damage against Roman units  And then we figured Protoss needs some new units too. So we added tank-colossus. Sieged tank on a colossus. Colossus is now shooting sieged tanks and these tanks are shooting colossi. Sounds fair. Neither of these ideas was accepted by Blizzard  | ||
