And it happens surprisingly often, mostly in LoL. Someone gets mad about something and starts insulting people in English. Then no one takes the bait and talks to then, and after a few minutes of this they just jump into this screaming fit of insults in another language (Quite often in German, but others languages are also regularly used for this). I am generally amused by that. | ||

I am generally amused by that. I've seen that happen in immigrant families. The older kids were born in their native country. The younger kids were born in the US. The parents scold the younger kids less. It's not that they've become less strict. It's just that they run out of English. And you just see the look of resignation slowly dawn on their face. | ||

A lot of times if the users themselves posted in the wrong thread then they'll correct it by saying "Wrong thread". If they're trying to point out that someone else posted in the wrong thread then they'll put something before "wrong thread" like, "you are in the," or "this is". | ||
