I feel like Bo5's are alot more "anything can happen" compared with a Bo7, even if one player is down 1-2 or 0-2 winning a map then getting the momentum back is very possible and you generally see more pocket strategies in a Bo5 compared with a Bo7. But Bo7's are alot fairer to players with different skill sets. I can understand why someone would prefer a Bo5 from a spectator's point of view though.
