He also claimed to have spent 3 days searching for it, then attempted fairly extensively to get it out of the subwoofer. In fact short of his ignorance for the subwoofer's disassembly function (which would have gotten the hamster out alive) I think he (at least claimed to have) put in enough effort to try to take care of the little fella.
Edit:
I'm not really going to defend the person for the other facets of his life, nor am I going to speculate on the likelihood yay/nay on him actually taking GOOD care of the hamster. I'm just saying, purely from the post it sounded like he got the hamster due to questionable circumstances, but he made a genuine effort (if you believe the writing anyways, which I did because I have no previous interaction with arbattack beforehand) to try to take care of the hamster, but got undone by 1) hamsters on the run being intensely aggravating 2) not realizing the subwoofer could be taken apart.
The part you can honestly bring up is why he let the hamster sit there in the subwoofer for two days - that's a part I'd concede didn't occur to me as a big red flag prior to my original post. But just saying.

I don't really get the ban too. He has a 40" and 100$ logitech speakers so what ?
Like if the blogs weren't full of people bragging. Got to master league, got a job, got C-, got a new comp, got a gf, got my degree etc ...
And if the bf/gf and cars threads in general aren't about bragging well i don't know what bragging is.
About the hamster i'm not too sure, it seems like he tried to release the poor animal.

He acknowledges that there's a living hamster in his subwoofer and it doesn't come to his mind to disconnect the thing to remove the possibility of electrocution, let alone to actually disassemble the damn thing. Not to mention that he bought the hamster to get it stoned and then "somehow" let it run loose in his room.
He did however try to turn over the subwoofer with a tiny fragile hamster in it and tried to grab it with chopsticks. And then he put the subwoofer on its side and left it like that for two days, even though anyone with knowledge on Logitech subwoofers realizes that it can't get out that way. Now I think of it, how the fuck did a hamster get itself in this opening unless it's put in there?

You'd have to see his post history. Things like this were commonplace. I can't find the thread where he picked up 20 girls on a night, but all his blogs were like this.
