While I don't want to defend that post in any way, I'd like to point out that discriminating against followers of a religion is not called `racism', nor are the people who do so `xenophobes'. The term for this is `religious intolerance'. The speaker wants religious intolerance manifested as religious discrimination.
Please don't overuse the term `racism' for every hate crime and ideological dispute, it waters down a term needed to discuss an important issue.

Yup, and "do not let anyone from a muslim country come in" is also racist since there are non-muslims living in muslim countries (but the banned poster probably doesn't even know that lol).
