Out of curiosity, I saw that apparently SatedSC2 had an account named Sated which was banned before. Why was he allowed another account? I thought PBU were not allowed at TL?

We usually allow PBU's back on the site after a period of time (usually 6 months or longer) if their previous offenses were not too, too bad and if they seem remorseful and all that stuff.
Sated assured me had changed and wouldn't slip back into his old ways, I guess he fooled me

Huh? PBUs are frequently allowed back on TL. TL is all about giving second chances. But some PBUs are beyond help so they don't get to come back. Most of the time when a PBU comes back, it's because he has proven in the past that he's not that bad of a person and he just slipped up one too many times and got himself banned. But there have been times where people come back on their original accounts or come back on newly created ones. This happens quite often actually. There are also moments where a PBU that comes back gets perma banned again because he clearly hasn't changed or learned any lessons.
