Just whenever reports come in really and whenever you happen to be online. This is strictly a volunteer thing just like most of TL Staff work so irl always comes first.

It was already revealed that there are a large number of bots melded into the TL.net Bot Hive Mind. I can only assume that when you become a staff member you give up your physical life and join the hive. I suppose their bot personality could be expunged
