From all the information you and I are given so far a statement was taken out of context and he was tempbanned for it. Not exactly rebel, antiestablishment, or playboyesque behavior...

The automated ban list has just been golden for a while, rage-PM's, randomly posting the warning-PM you recieved in a thread, joonp getting the boot (so well deserved imo) and i must admit i was laughing quite a bit when i read the "lolwut" ban.

Yeah, I don't usually rat but sometimes its better to do so if it gets out of hand (like almost every GSL thread afterwards or Idra's losing threads..), even tho its pathetic..

I think it is a good thing. Moderation is a necessity to keep websites like this up and running. I am a new member, but this is one of the things that I'm sure will make me stick around for a while and try to contribute as best I can.
