This isn't what I expected.

- 19 euro is not equal to 22 dollars. America store is cheaper.
- America store sends to Turkey. Europe store doesn't.
- Shipping is almost the same. There is a 1 dollar difference.

R1CH, I would really like to buy stuff from you guys, so I tried the North American store. However, when i want to check out and get to the Paypal site, as soon as I switch my country to "Switzerland", I can no longer pay without creating an account. According to some websites (e.g http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?275-why-cant-my-customers-pay-without-having-a-paypal-account) this is something you guys can adjust in your paypal account.

Is there a possibility you guys can fix this? I know it works on other websites, so I know it's not a general problem with my country, but rather with the paypal settings.

We do allow customers to pay without a PayPal account, but it seems PayPal restricts the list of countries where this is possible.

Ok one question (maybe it has been answered)

Why is shipping cost for 1 tshirt and mousepad 15 euros!!! This is ridiculous. It like 40% of the whole price of items.

I really don't understand how adding Norway would be a problem. We're not part of the EU, but we are part of the EEA, which really should qualify us in this case. I have bought goods from EU countries several times, and I've never had any problem with "extra taxes". We are part of the EU common market, so I don't quite get why you assumed there would be any issues.

Yeah it seems a bit odd. I know this is probably the busiest the store will be as it's just opened, so I guess it will take a while to get through all of the orders, but it doesn't seem like they've started shipping any of them yet, a full working week after orders have been placed.

Yeah that is what I meant, so it doesn't really matter when the postal service operates when nothing has been shipped O_o I understand if they are busy because they just opened, but I received my order confirmation 8 days ago already.

I'm waiting for the EU Store to open since October. And when it finally opens it takes half a month at least to send it to me. That is really disappointing. I see that you are busy, and it's not that easy to handle all the orders. But it seems like nothing happened the last 1.5 weaks. Can someone at least give us some updates on the status? Or did someone already got the shipment confirmation?
