Something is horribly wrong here and I'm calling them tomorow to ask. If anyone here has been through the same please contact me and tell me about it, with advice. Being 17 and being threatened with being dragged to court for not paying 60$ you shouldn't pay in the first place is kinda rediculous. | ||

O_o Seems very very weird. I have ordered orders of this size and same type of items without problem at all. EDIT: Just looked up the rules and found this quote: "When importing goods into Denmark, duty is not charged, if the total value of the goods (not including shipping charges or insurance) does not exceed €150. Neither duty nor VAT is payable if the total value of the goods (not including shipping charges or insurance) does not exceed €22." So I guess there's some sort of VAT fee... Well that bloody sucks, you should warn people about those ): But I'm guessing I'll have to contact FedEx tomorow, and there is nothing you can do? | ||

I'm sorry for the problem, we have a disclaimer on the store page that all prices exclude shipping and taxes, we really cant foresee if the packages will get taxed and by how much cause its always up to local regulations. If the package is stuck by customs or smth like that I can write you an invoice to get it out, but we can't do anything about the taxes. Ppl always advice us to mark their packages as "gifts" to avoid import taxes and customs, but thats a freud we don't want to commit. | ||
