Best currently active on TL? Best on staff? By best debater I mean a person that is the best at making good arguments, raising good points and possesses exceptional skill in persuading other people of the veracity of their viewpoint in the course of discussions on the TL forum itself. I don't mean people skilled in actual, appropriately formatted verbal debates.

Is the team called JaiPaul? This just seems like a pretty normal diasd shell :/ When did you stop coaching? I might have debated some of your kids depending on where in SoCal we're talking about.

I've always liked debating in a forum format. Said form of communication does not discourage taking extensive amounts of time to formulate your statements and gives you the opportunity to construct the best argument you can. Sources and fact checks are also just a few clicks away. The primary concern is determining the intelligence of the people you are communicating with, as well as their willingness to lie or troll. On TL, that is not usually a massive problem.

Also there's no neutral third party to close the debate and declare a winner. It just ends up going on and on and on and on in circles.
