Pizza is a crazy thing. One of my best friends is a world Pizza Champion and he and I worked for years together in various pizza places as well as a catering company of his called The Pizziola. Edit: Opps thought this was in a different thread. So a question. Have any of the staff ever worked or made their own pizza (dough as well)? | ||
