I can't speak for
reds or administrators, but banlings are paid on commission based on the number of bans they issue in a given month. That's why you see more bans on the last couple of days of the month.
At TL HQ there is a big electronic leaderboard on the wall updated in real time. Whenever one banling bans four people in the same day TL donates 100 dollars to the red cross.
Does R1CH or Hot_Bid or Nazgul get paid?
