Please, if you are not staff, don't answer questions in this thread, even if you think you know the answer. Also, please take complains about bans, question about TL as a site, etc to the Website Feedback Forum. |

Yeah its why Pusan and Kwanro never won anything despite ample opportunity.

MLG was pretty sick.
Wait, are you directing that to people who went? I didn't go, but it was fun to watch online.

As one of the staff members still into BW, I watched this MLG and was very impressed.
I remember when I stopped watching WoL, the game was young, boring styles of play were really strong (2base all-in every day), and the level of play seemed pretty terrible. I hear it got a lot better, but I never checked back in on it for too long.
Checking back in with this MLG was refreshing. HotS is certainly ruffling things up and strategies are volatile. But, more importantly, players are just better at SC2 overall than they were back in 2010/2011. So while matchups are as uncertain as they were back then, the quality of play doesn't suffer. It was fun to watch.

I enjoyed MLG and was very impressed by in particular Bogus, I was very sad about the Bo3 third place and the occasional lag though.

I enjoyed it, the HotS games were exciting and the game seems young and new, hopefully they'll keep all the "OP" seeming things in the game and go by the buff weak stuff route instead of the nerfing route
I also watched lol, nalol still sucks

User was warned for this post And why were you warned? User was warned for this post Why are these people warned? I don't see anything wrong with their questions. Just asking for future reference. Questions about moderation in a thread are supposed to go in the website feedback forum not the thread itself (as it is off topic for almost all threads.)

Hey there,
when I'm going by my profile, checking Subscribed Threads, it randomly brings me to either the post that I did/read last (which is great) or at the very start of the thread (which really sucks). Is that a user failure (so, am I too dump to correctly click things), or is that a programming thing? It would be really great if clicking on a subscribed thread had the option to bring you to either your last post or the last post/page you read.

Clicking the thread title = opens the thread Clicking the number next to the thread title (e.g (3)) = last unread post in the thread

Aw, thanks. So that was an issue of personal stupidity. Sorry for the inconvenience

Is there some sort of announcement thread for when Banlings get promoted to staff? (aka I noticed GMarshal got the red name and lost the banling icon sometime in the last 24 hrs.)
PS: Grats GMarshal.

There's usually some form of announcement in the general staff forum when someone goes red or blue, but otherwise no.

We're bad at announcing when people get promoted although when someone is made blue we usually have a post in the staff forum and when someone is made red we have a thread about it in the red forum. Otherwise we dont do much.
