Usually it flares up during Golf season, and I have to go for massages, and ice bath it regularly/stretch,etc. It's actually a tendonitis problem I have had since high school back when I used to play guitar 8-10 hours daily, and playing on the computer just irritates it, but Golf tends to bring on the full pain. | ||

Didn't game and refrained from excessive typing (and arm-intensive exercise) for about two months. Now the pain is almost entirely residual, and serves as a good indicator to stop. Scary though. Definitely dropped the overall amount of gaming I have done recently and will otherwise do in the future. | ||

Especially at your age, you don't want to start having problems already. Try to learn proper positioning and posture if you don't already do it. Also learn how to properly warm up before gaming, there are specific stretches and exercises that you can do for 5 minutes before playing. It may be helpful to seek medical help for this as well, as there may be something else wrong with you. My mom had a nerve problem in her neck that made it feel like she had carpal/tendonitis in her wrists. At your age I'm 99 percent sure you don't have to worry about that though  | ||

It's only the last couple months that I've gotten back to playing SC again. Unfortunately I overdid practicing Reaver micro the other day so I'm taking it easy this week. | ||
