Hello, all!
It's become quite apparent that many of you are not reading the first post carefully.
Failure to do so in the future will be met with swift punishment. And as always, remember to be civil.
Thanks,

90 days? That's just ridiculous. Not a fan of the whole drama scenario and not a fan of how it was handled. With that said, I won't go to great lengths to show my discontent because I don't want to share in his punishment.
1. this should be considered a good thing, atlas a forum that has strict standards of moderations and that are followed
2. idra has been banned over 25 times on the site, ive rarely seen something like that on any forums, he should count himself as very lucky

So if I am reading it right his stream still shows on the list? That's pretty cool.

Understandable. I love Idras play so much but what he did was unacceptable. Such a shame.

Yeah but he said on his twitter that he wouldn't be streaming for the next 2 days.

I think he is pretty much a "FBH" of western Sc2. I don't know if he ever posted much tbh, it just seems over zealous to try to ban idra and say its about cleaning up TL that is much less a response to idra's ban and more of a response to NAZI MODS, TL ELITIST

Am I right in thinking the 90 day ban was more for refusing to apologize, or even agree not to do it again, than it was for the Chill comment?
Either way, good riddance. I quite like watching Idra stream, but this infamous screenshot that is going around of all his bans tells the whole story. In fact, he's probably been dealt with leniently, much more leniently than the average TL member would be.
And on top of all of this, he claimed that he couldn't stream more because he was banned from TL, when I'm sure I've read that Idra said to take his stream down, or something to that effect. If he uses this as a reason not to stream to the community then that's the final nail in the coffin as far as I'm concerned.

We all know that Idra is never going to change anytime soon, no matter who asks him or tells him. Basically, banning him for that long hurts the SC2 community more than any one else really, since his stream attracts so many viewers on a regular basis. It's really a lose-lose situation. His stream isn't banned though, it specifically even states that in OP. It will show up on featured list if he wants it to. Yea, but come on, knowing Idra that will never happen.

When you consider how many posts he has and how long he's been on these forums, 25 is not really anything. It's like parking tickets over 30 years.

Its not common for BW people to get banned as often as SC2 people do now as far as I know. Just look at the automated ban list and see it rise much faster with the surge of SC2, then look at the amount of unique bans.

Indeed teamsolid, if Idra chooses not to stream, then it's Idra who does not want to play for his fans. You cannot lump this separate decision that Idra makes to spite people with the other decisions. Idra can perfectly well stream it if he likes (yes I'm repeating myself incessantly, but with a tinge of frustration.)

The population rose with the addition of SC2......

seems weird
i mean, typical idra humor and stuff.
w/e, hope he still streams.

Totally justified imo. Idra is what 20(?) now and hasn't matured a bit from his BW days. Really sad to see such a great player have such a terrible personality when so many look up to him. I have respect for his play, but not for his actions or how he handles himself. He really needs to get a handle on his superiority complex. Fully support TL in this decision!

Isn't that more of a natural rise considering the activity levels of TL since SC2 came out? I don't know the numbers, but wouldn't surprise me if the number of active users has risen by 5 times.
