Raising it would be based on a sense of deserving and the fact that reports happen way more often by vets already. | ||

False/weak reports are a waste of time for mods. We don't need a contest though; the mods already notice quality reporters! | ||

Also, in my research, I didn't find a difference between African and European, so you can stick with whatever you know for it.
