Is this true? I'd be screwed out of some cash if this were the case.

Last year, you didn't need the credit card. You just needed the barcode they e-mailed you earlier this month, and a matching photo ID. In all previous years you did need the credit card, but they didn't have the barcode print outs then like they did last year & this year.

You can park at any of the hotels, including the Doubletree, but it does cost money to do so EDIT: we get vastly discounted parking for the event at the Doubletree. I will post that amount and a map with a short cut as soon as the hotel emails me with it. That is the price we pay for partying at the Happiest Place on Earth... Given the massive amount of RSVPs we have expanded outside of the ballroom. We will have cocktail tables set up in the foyer for mingling, photo ops, and (most importantly) cell phone calls. What kind of prizes do you guys most want to have handed out? What do you want to see at your party? And no-- that does not include flying out disgraced, former CJ members, to throw rotten fruit at.

It is always good to RSVP to any party or event as a point of courtesy . PM kOre with your RSVP and number of people coming. Tl Shirts? Blizzcon Shirts? How about signed?

Btw, re: the credit card question, you do not need the credit card to pick up your badge as long as you have the barcode and it's in your name. You will need the credit card if you have to change the name on the badge. Of course, I'm not a Blizz employee, so that's not guaranteed, but I'm fairly certain of it from the FAQ and what I recall from last year.

I ask because the contests don't end until ~8:30/9PMish, and the con itself is open until 10PM, so it'd probably be 2 hours after the TL party starts before I'd get over there... is that when things are winding down, or just starting to wind up? The party runs till around 4am. We expect that we will be busy till about 2am at the earliest.

Those who just sent in a RSVP (with the number of people they will be bringing) won't actually get a direct reply. Anyone who has said they can help out with the event by either bringing a computer or wanting to help with funding should have received a reply by now. Only 3 days left guys! ^^ So is alright then if we just show up?
