"Ya." I know, seriously. God, I could tell you guys horror stories... main two points to save everyone some trouble: 1) Don't EVER try to go for a "short sale". The name is very fucking misleading. 2) Get EVERYTHING inspected beforehand. If something isn't on/working at the time of inspection, fuck it and move on. That is all. | ||
