3) I know i used to dress like a girl with my sister's clothes/jewellery/make up when i was really young but know that i'm older, i really try to avoid being effeminated even if i still consider myself sometimes more of a girl than a boy.

My answers would be :
1) Friends of friends would be ideal dating material but bars etc work.
2) People who are comfortable in their skin, regardless of which camp (lolol) it falls into.

I asked in a Warsong Gultch battleground when I first started seeing the term creeping in and I was told at the time because they're 'gay' and low level. Don't know if it's accurate, but it made sense at the time so I assumed that was the actual reason.

1) Through friends and bars pretty much. Always end up liking straight guys though.

1) Jack'd and Hornet are pretty good, but I hear gay bars aren't bad.
2) I either like really effeminate boys or really masculine boys
3) I am effeminate in every aspect of my personality and physical description except my voice. Having a deep voice really bugs me
4) Passive, I have absolutely no desire to be active
5) I love getting hugs and kisses

Giving the thread a bump for a nod to Alan Turing. Today he would have been 100 years old.
He is in some way related to all of our kinship on this website, Teamliquid, and that he took his own life due to the unacceptance of his homosexuality leaves me feeling that giving him this insignificant but sincere nod is appropriate.

I wish I didn't like surveys so much as it's 2:00am here but I can't resist . . .
1) I've met guys through friends and occasionally at bars, but I have to admit that I really don't like the "scene" anymore. Random chance always worked best for me in the past, but that's just me. 
2) I like random, but typically athletic or slender types. Some feminity is ok, but too much and it may subvert the whole idea of being with a guy.
3) I'm on the straight-seeming, semi-athletic side of things. I am sensitive however and don't care to prove anything or "act masculine". So not effeminate at all, really, but not a testosterone freak or closet case either!
4) Both, but a bit more on the active side
5) I like hugs alot . . . I think affection is way too hard to find these days because of sexual repression and homophobia etc . . . kissing is something I reserve for someone I really like though

Did anyone catch TotalBiscuit's comments on his podcast with JP? I submitted a question asking if he would be interested in reaching out to the LGBT community since there was a ruckus about him using the word f*g to insult someone and he said some pretty... questionable things. I'm not too upset about it, I just think defending using that sort of pejorative language is rude at best. Dismissing LGBT charities was kind of insulting too, between AIDS, homeless, international persecution, etc, I think those sort of plights are on the same level as "starvation". What do you guys think?
