I get those days - it really can be attributed to many, many things.
As Hibzy said, your favorite music is a good way to get a familiar feeling going, especially when you're feeling out of sorts. I find that when I'm feeling a bit down, I can concentrate better, so I'll do something constructive like study or just read.
Lying on your bed feeling sorry for yourself is not a good option. Keep yourself occupied.
