I do not understand how permanent bans work, does it come with IP, or is it up to the moderator? I was perma banned from TeamLiquid along with IP, but TL was nice enough to accept my plead (thru Contact Us) to unIPban me, and here I am, with almost 800 posts in 3 months. =D I'm assuming that information is not available to the general public.
