Yeah, 5-stacks should only play 5-stacks. And 4+1 stacks should be matched against 4+1 stacks. And 3+1+1 stacks should play other 3+1+1 stacks. And don't forget the 2+1+1 stacks. Or the 2+2+1. Or 3+2. Wait, my wait time is how long?
Honestly, I would take a longer wait time over being matched as the +1 with a 4 stack any day.
That's why there was once this option called solo queue.

Once upon a time there was this option called "solo queue" and all was well within the kingdom.

As bad as it is having a magnus who gets a battlefury it's even worse the opponent has a refresher tidehunter to rub in your face.
Also, fuck phantom lancer. OD is kinda a pubstomper too but not nearly as ridiculous.
Had a game that was going really well. Solo'd safe lane vs a pl and cm. Even got a kill on cm when she dove too far into the tower. Started out 10-0- while the pl was 3-3 and they were down 2 sets of rax. Lost game ughh.

Also f*ck valve for not having random draft as a play mode for ranked games. It's such a better format for what is allegedly a "competitive" ranked game yet all pick, which is a laughable format and should be reserved for purely casual play, is the most popular option available and 1 of only 3 choices.

I almost only play alone, and I never used solo que. I never found "the dreaded 4 stack" to be much worse/better than a bunch of singles. It's easy to remember the times where 4 ganged up on 1, or when you got dominated in the game and noticed it was 5 singles vs 5 stack, but I don't think overall I had more or less fun with singles compared to stacks.
But I also play almost only SD so i'm weird I guess.

Faggot picks CM, goes to offlane when we have a Clinkz there and a CK bot, buys 2 Rings of Protection with starting gold, buys a Basilius after Clinkz does, autos the lane, steals lasthits with Nova, doesn't ward or buy any support items, gets Orb of Venom, says nothing all game until very end where he uses his mic with perfect english to tell us all to report ourselves.

Have played 3 matches today, Storm Spirit, Enigma, Batrider.
In EVERY single game, I have been the person to buy wards, to buy sentrys, to buy dust.
And in both the Storm Spirit and Batrider game, I had to be the person to buy and up the courier (And in the Batrider game, we had a randomed shadow shaman, where the fuck did his gold go).
Why do I have to queue with these people? In Ranked, no less. Seriously I know i'm nothing amazing but surely I don't have the same MMR as these fucking idiots

I've been flamed for maxing wards second on pugna when they're wrecked by CM and visage... Previous game, I was flamed for not having items, I lost my lane (not feeding just was barely able to grab some CS on hardlane) when they lost top lane as lion + jugg against mirana and mid storm lost to pudge (no gank involved). I expect them to stfu. One guy is crying because the ennemies ran luna, drow, NP kunkka and WD, if you ask me this line up sux hard. Every single time the flaming and crying came from stacks...

Played a game of ranked CM. Captain drafts an aggressive trilane of naix, bane, visage against a trilane of cm, wd, sven. He goes visage and gives up first blood after being way out of position and getting stunned and then proceeds to whine about how I didn't sleep him to dodge the stun. Then he comes back in lane and whines about how I'm not zoning them out, as if a Bane can do anything with 200 less range than CM or WD who have also just been given first blood. Then he started saying shit like never play ranked again and that's when I muted him.
