holy shit... just the beginning of the week i got into very high match making, now being matched with russian and LoL players. These people have no clue what is the normal starting items and basicly auto attack creep @_@... Like auto attack auto attack, not even last hitting..... :O

Communication is key. When you can't even communicate, you're already 1 step closer to losing the game. English is the accepted language on most servers. If you don't wanna type in English, then play with a 5-man stack.

Well I just played with a guy who randomed Clinkz, bought a soul ring with his random gold and proceeded to lose his solo offlane to a Riki. Riki did get help from a roaming VS who spent most of the game walking back and forth in the warded river, but mostly it was Clinkz losing a 1v1 lane to a fucking Rikimaru. This same guy of course spent a lot of time flaming (his go-to insult was for whatever reason "slowpoke"). At 20 minutes he couldn't solo kill the same venge. He ended the game with a bottle, soul ring, ring of aquila and treads.
Man, Dota2 sometimes. I've seen some shit.

Friend picks TA and calls mid. Mirana picks last and demands mid because he thinks TA is bad based on previous stats (friend is playing on a smurf account due to low priority on main). We refuse, because mirana starts out with a fucking blades of attack LOL. Mirana says "whatever we're going to lose anyway" and heads bot with lich. Together the 2 of them auto attack and feed Sven and Drow. A few minutes later potm is 0-5-1. Yeah, you would have made a great mid. And you're right we were going to lose anyway, because you were on our team
After the game I check out this guy's profile, and not only does this guy have 300 games played (winning less than half of them), he also has over 80 commendations LOL. You would think that, after 300 games played, even the dumbest of players would have learned some laning basics such as not autoattacking, but I guess not. IMO Valve should really remove the commendation system as it is right now. It's impossible to tell the difference between real manner players and trash players.

Yeah.. the person is probably one of those kids that spam channels asking to trade commendation or items for them. Makes me want to slap every single one of them. Probably the only thing I hate about items being in the game is just how many spammers there are now. I avoid the general chats (like USWest) because I do not want to deal with them. But when I start seeing it in other channels like Teamliquid, I just really wish reporting would make a difference.

how can a nation that is pretty good at starcraft be so bad at Dota?
and it's not even that, these russians come into games on the europe server and there's like 8 in a 10 man game and they have misleading as fuck names in english and I try to communicate and then the 4 of them start speaking russian together and I end up being the minority of the euro server
admittedly not all russians are terrible, there are good russians out there but make no mistake the vast majority of russians i play with are terrible (worse than me terrible)
and then they do this stuff that kills me inside where it's not an actual smiley face it's just a fucking bracket
