opponents get butthurt and decide to report me, and i've been muted for the whole day. THANK YOU VALVE. terrible, terrible games for the rest of the day. how are you even supposed to play a team game when you can't communicate with your allies? some of my games today: 15-6-11 qop 17-8-13 invoker 12-5-14 invoker 14-4-6 invoker and EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. of these games is a loss because i get beyond awful teams today. how is this crap fair? is it just me or do you get matched with 'first game of dota' material when you're muted? kind of as an additional hidden punishment?.. | ||

First game: Pub on our team randoms Abaddon, fair enough. Mate picks CK, I pick Venge for hard support and early kill potential. Other friend wants to go mid. Second pub picks Sniper and demands mid... ok, let's see how it works out. My friend is a bit annoyed and types "Why pick Sniper? There's so many good heroes", Sniper responds with "pro". 1:30 in, Sniper feeds First Blood to enemy Zeus, I can't resist and type "pro". Sniper abandons, crisis averted. Second game: We pick Venge/CK again, other friend says "Hey, I still haven't tried Earth Spirit". Pubs on our team pick Ursa and Lich. So how do you lane this? Venge CK safelane, Earthbob mid, Lich offlane with Ursa in jungle maybe? Not the best lanes but kinda feasible. No! Ursa demands safelane "I need bot for jungle", Lich insists of going bot with him. I ask Earthbob to go mid, "Can't I'm melee"... Long story short, we end up with Lich Ursa bot, me as Venge with my friend on Earth Spirit top and a CK mid. Creeps spawn, friend says "So, what does this guy even do?" At this point I knew the game was fucked. I try to explain as best as I can (I'm not a particularly good player myself and have tried ES maybe twice in botgames and read a few forum posts about him, so not the best of advice). He ends up building his own little Stonehenge on the top lane and staring at it with quiet awe. Meanwhile their PA gets freefarm because I'm basically alone in the offlane against a PA/Bane as a Venge, so I do my best at not feeding while sapping some XP, my friend on CK miraculously breaks even or even comes out somewhat ahead against their QoP mid, and Ursa and Lich feed the offlane Spectre/Lion. We see QoP going bottom, CK and myself TP to support, we eat QoP and Lion Ulti and die 4v3. Game then spiralled downwards rapidly. Ursa was 1 - 11 - 4 in the end. I've never felt this helpless in a game. | ||

I'm not even sure who to blame for that last game. The sidelanes lost but I didn't do that well mid either, and our lanes were just...awful. Which is worse because the sidelanes were actually a 4stack. Weaver solo safe, Dusa (First pick) Ancients, ES/Ogre hardlane...if they knew Dusa was going ancients (I sure as fuck didn't), why the hell did they pick this awful lineup also I'm never, ever picking Weaver against ET again | ||

Especially me buying tp boots was a big waste, gem would have helped a lot more, or bkb to keep me alive for refresher ulti (when they took 2x rax it mattered). But I was also the only one warding and iirc buying dust as well. Have highest KA in the game, and yet again we lose. Come the fuck on.. I'm actually hoping someone can tell me I'm full of shit and point out obvious flaws in my game (compared to my opponents as far as qq goes, otherwise any advise welcome) cause I'm rly tired of losing with that hero despite pulling more then my weight, I think. Maybe I took too much farm from my carry... Also I know if I played better I could have won the game for us. But in comparison to the rest of my team I do not feel like I deserve those stats on my WL, cause a few of my losses are similar to that 1. to be fair, one thing I do need to work on is casting fatal bonds. I get so much tunnel vision abouting ult, refersher, ult, I forget about that awesome spell=/. Also I heard that fatal bonds stack, is that true? As in fatal bonds, refersher, fatal? | ||

If the sven decided to let the bloodseeker last hit it can happen that he is completly useless at some point, with the items he has he can't even jungle effective. On top of that they are both melee if they had a good venomancer +x on their lane it is also quite possible that they can't get any last hits at all. Everyone has terrible games at some point, i went 0-14-x with witchdoctor just yesterday against a bh + clinkz combo. Around midgame they got gem and killed me 2-3 times when i tried to ward or deward. Later when i was traveling with my team they just didn't give a damn, we even had sentrys they just didn't care, orchid on me, track for good measure, and i was dead. | ||
