About this, I've had situations where I was winning game after game of high-bracket games, only to lose a couple and get booted into normal bracket. And this isn't like "high-ish" normal, it's the type where I get indonesian after indonesian who doesn't know the difference between a carry and a supporter, a sentry ward and an observer. Doesn't know that 1 person fighting 3 people in the midgame usually means a loss. Therefore, sometimes practicing alone is such a repulsive thought when you're in shit bracket that really, the only option is to stack with better people and friends to raise your mmr assisted. | ||

Troll sees this, INSTANTLY leaves the game despite us having a Diffusal/Heart/Manta PL. PL also didn't get the concept of "split pushing", or "send your fucking illusions to hit the towers you goddamn retard" (I was more polite ingame). Watching the stats now, Bristleback did 10x the damage to towers that PL did. That...I don't even...what the fuck. an accurate representation of solo queue | ||

Also the only way to counter 5-man-mid-dota in pubs is to also go 5-man-mid-dota, you get flamed and pinged for splitpushing, even if you have a tp and teleport back to help defend in case it is needed. Also in pubs quite often players want to do roshan at the worst possible timings, i can't even count how many games were lost just because someone thought it is a great idea to rosh when the whole enemy team is alive, we don't have wards they do and they have better heros for teamfighting. Also i hate the fact that if i do not pick a mid hero or a carry it is close to impossible to win in pubs. But if i do i know for sure that nobody will ward or upgrade the courier, buy gem or dust and stuff or even pick support. But if i pick support chances are my carrys can't farm and we lose because they have a 35 minutes half finished battle fury and nothing else. I wonder if making a new account and 5stack with a couple of higher ranked friends will help me to play with more reasonable players. I feel that i still get matched with and against really bad players and despite improving there is literally no change in matchmaking (i have 55% winrate) | ||
