Played yesterday with a stack and one of our carries refused to tower dive, even on a 3 v 1 smoke gank. I hate carries that refuse to be agressive for 30 seconds just to secure a kill.

Did Uncle Sera forget to mention that Bara even feed 2 Gems to the enemies. Enemy Bot T3+raxes were down, mid T3 was gone. It was team effort, and due to the enemy stupid line up (mostly lategame heroes) and maybe, it was because Uncle Sera keep saying: 'Guys we can win this shit, we have furi', Zeus was pretty mad at Bara but he was willing to cooperate. 'Bara I beg you this is my first game in the past 2 weeks, please don't ruin my game like this'.At that stage nobody is hoping him to play for us but at least if he would stop feeding... I thought the intentional feeders are the definitive grievers (along the likes like suiciding couriers etc).
Well if you fed intentionally while ensuring your team to win in the end then nobody gives a shit.

I'm tired of antimage, this heroe is bullshit, he does not belong to pub environment. He was in half of my games recently and he lost all games except one. Winning 5o4 or losing 4o5 is equally boring except when you're solo offlane smashing those stupid AM pickers. However when you are on the wrong side and have to support this helpless guy it's so annoying, you can't roam or pull because it means AM will be forced out of lane in less than 30 seconds, you can't also go agressive because AM can't help. Even if you denied the ennemy out of XP range early the AM will be happy to push a big wave towards him so he outlevels you hard and there is no way you can zone him anymore.

I am now thinking that i must have thick skin or something.
They flame him and tell him to play safely after 2 deaths (according to the poster), which is like the most common pub scenario. When i failed mid (2 deaths or something like that), i shut up and still do my best to win, or just say sorry to the team, something like 'lets do our best to win, sorry for the failed lane'. I don't give up or go feed. There are so many games where the angry team mates will just calm down and work together, sometimes you need to lead the team, emotionally lol.
Worst case scenario, i will just mute them and say 'look lets try our best to win ok, i will unmute you later', and keep trying.

Even in competitive games I find antimage boring as fuck. Feels like he either gets shut down during the laning stage and does nothing while trying to PvE farm items, or he gets a quick start, PvE farms 6 items and just rolls over everyone while the other team is completely powerless

It's not that he wasn't a griefer, but he was in a team full of griefers, so it's not as simple to pin it all on him. I am now thinking that i must have thick skin or something. They flame him and tell him to play safely after 2 deaths (according to the poster), which is like the most common pub scenario. When i failed mid (2 deaths or something like that), i shut up and still do my best to win, or just say sorry to the team, something like 'lets do our best to win, sorry for the failed lane'. I don't give up or go feed. There are so many games where the angry team mates will just calm down and work together, sometimes you need to lead the team, emotionally lol. Worst case scenario, i will just mute them and say 'look lets try our best to win ok, i will unmute you later', and keep trying.
Not every decision in Dota is done perfectly level headed though. Chances are if you fucked up your lane and fed the opponent you're likely to already be mad at yourself. Hearing teammates be completely unsupportive and just rub salt in the wound by insulting you can push a lot of people to the point where they just check themselves out of a game or try to make it end as fast as possible.

Obviously he didn't act in the best way possible, but when the whole team starts flaming a guy for playing poorly, it doesn't help and often makes the situation even worse. People start arguing and escalating the situation to a point it wouldn't have gotten if everyone wasn't acting like dicks. From his post alone we can see that he didn't start feeding for no reason, and that's the OPs side of the story, which often means the reality is even worse.
Plus Lesh + Bane is a perfectly fine AR dual lane, specially considering the other team doesn't look like they have strong lanes at all.

But what is far more annoying is when your team gets on your back then, a distraction you really really don't need. Bitching about how someone is 0-3 mid is unlikely to help them prevent 0-4.
Personally my preference when I've gone over the edge from someone is I'll just go jungle and try to carry the game no matter what I'm playing. Can't quit, so might as well just afk farm; may well just be able to sneak the win if the other team is awful.

Use his stun as you would a low range pudge hook that goes through units. You might find it easier to hit with that mindset.

Friend invites me to group without mentioning that his newbie brother was in it.
I end up laning with said newbie brother as Sven + Omniknight against Timbersaw + KotL and proceed to get rapetrained by fed Riki, Slark, Timbersaw. Game still goes on for almost 50 minutes without us ever managing to get past the river until we eventually lose, game was depressing.

I'm starting to despise Timbersaw and Nature's Prophet. Those 2 heroes have ruined every game they've been a part of for me. KotL is a close 3rd. His motherfuckin' ghost horses are so stupid at the beginning of the game. Last hits? NAWWWWWWWW
