+ Show Spoiler [qq] +Pub queue, land with a 4-queue. Team takes a very good +5 kill lead in early game. I'm feeling great as Luna, farming up for a great lategame (treads/bkb/manta with tons of freefarm). Then everybody starts roaming in groups of two and the enemy drow is just picking them off with 3 teammates. Zero wards anywhere as befits a pub. Spirit breaker on our team being feeder in chief.
Lategame I even have butterfly and there's a tanky Axe doing great blink initiation. Too little too late. They have Rosh, 2 Rax, and a Fed Drow (with the aegis). We're left with two T3 towers dead and 0 rax. With even one more player on the ball, that match would've been won. With even a little less feed on drow in midgame, she wouldn't have been the one to outcarry through her supports.

So I play this game today, Random draft I Think. Our first 2 picks AM and PA...... I get to mid as Pudge not my first choice but not knowing there was a time limit I got him by default (a big fault by me). So what does or lanes look like (we are Dire) First it's me mid, then it's Rubick and Tiny bot. WHICH LEAVES AM AND PA TOP (AM pick first and PA right after).
OFC people can't communicate so we end up with those laning compostions. Ok let's just try to play as good as I can and hope for the best. I get some nice hooks off and killed SF mid twice and then I head bot for ganks, manages to get one off. Returns to mid again and a little while later I'm at the stats of 4-1 and Lvl 11 closest one in level to me is is Lvl 9. All fine I go top and try to gank. I come in see a wounded PA and try to hook someone he wants me to kill. I miss the hook and try to back off cause I see that they are now 2 wanting to play it safe since it's a 2v1,5. But he jumps a guy gets stunned and dies. After that he continues to whine about my missed hook for atleast 5 minutes and how I am the worst and all that. I look at his stats 1-5 and many levels behind, he must have been lowest in the game prob around 6-7 (his lanepartner AM similiar stats and lvl).
I dont know how he has the stomach to critize one bad hook from me when he already have fed them 5 kills (including the one he just did). I'm in no position to say I played it perfect because I didn't, but is it that hard to realise that HE may be the reason we lost as well, not one missed hook. If I had got a kill with that hook it still wouldn't have mattered.You simply can't have 2 carries with huge negative stats at 10 minutes and still believe that moment would have changed the game. I hate that people can't admit their faults, as I see either admit your faults and tell your allies about theirs. Or you shut up. Even if you tell someone to do something better give them constructive critism on how to improve or shut up.
That is the reason I sometimes mute everyone in a game and it doesn't have to be that way and that's sad not just for me but for everyone. You can't blame someone for lacking skill in a hero you are matched up with that guy so YOU suck as well. Nobody is good at a hero the first time they play it, although it seems like 50% of the player base have never done a bad thing with a hero ever.

I don't think I've seen a single PA on US East who doesn't feed. My favorite trick is the low health into blinking onto enemy melee heroes. It's like they think that having a negative KD can let them blink and get a Loda-crit for 2k at 10 minutes just because they picked PA.

lose lane bad as tree with jug vs lion/es. jug starts whining about how he needs a support in the lane, and sven says that us three (me, jug and the solo mid warlock) should have picked a support between us (it was single draft). At first I think that is really stupid but then I realize that he is right. Tree is so fucking worthless now he can't even do the one thing that he was supposed to do, be the ultimate lane support. Icefrog took one of my favorite hero and nerfed him to the point that I think he is the only hero who is simply unplayable. The only thing that he still has going for him is high base damage. Am I supposed to be going carry tree?

As I see a questionmark at the end of that last qq. Tree is exactly the same except better IF he has enough mana. So as long as you rethink your starting items and early items Im confident you can play him even better then you did before.

Okay I was never one of those guys qqing the matchmaking is broken but ..
HOW THE HELL do I end up with people with less than 200 hours of dota, two of the guys with me were playing their heroes for the first time. I have 2000 hours of dota and always have been in VH, i always have around 52% winrate with around 1800 games. I just don't get how can I end up with a guy playing Zeus for the first time and going sage mask and circlet level 1 without regen, he gave 5 kills in 4 mins against a Viper, I have offlane ET the guys against us are retards and always stack together so the game manages to last 60 mins.
AND AT THE END OF THE GAME that fucking 3-15 zeus has the guts to call me a fucking noob because I didn't save his noob ass when he was overextending.
Sometimes I even wonder why I play this fucking game. FML

Playing AR, Night Stalker insists on going mid against Pudge, so whatever. I random Leshrac and go bot with bane (dumb lane but whatever). Things start off bad, NS immediately feeds Pudge 2 kills within the first 5 minutes and he just snowballs from there, then he starts ganking the other lanes and shits on us. At the very least he is pushing us out of exp range if not getting kills all over the place. Everyone starts to tell NS to stop feeding and just play safe, so he decides to feed some more kills. He talks more shit before he abandons, doing the first useful thing all damn game.
This is a first, I have now played over 100 dota games but I have never had a game be over by like 10 minutes....

to continue the last page discussion about supports not supporting. I just checked some stats and according to dotabuff supports have generally a higher win ratio than most other heros. In the top 10 heros this month (by winrate) there are 7 supports.
And it makes sense, wards win games. You help mid win the rune game, you make sure you don't get ganked but you can set up ganks yourself.
That is why it is so infuriating to see a support rushing some stupid dps item and last hitting stealing the carrys farm.

Undeserved rat doto win. Our team can't win a fight in entire game. I just split push both side lanes for 30mins. Their cores throw. We get all their rax. Still cant win. Eventually just rat their rest of base down :/

i just had the worst game ever, ofc no support once more, no courier for 4 minutes, i was mid waiting for bottle. I die because no bottle, can't get a single rune since no vision. They ask me to gank, no vision walk up get ganked and die again. They call me feeder for dieing twice.
I think i have a solution for the problem, if nobody gets wards and or courier and i have a mid hero or a carry i will just not gank/help at all and tell them in chat get wards or i won't help you. I don't care anymore at this point - all i want is a good game. I don't care if they report me or hate me for it.

maybe you save starting money till someone buys the courier, if not buy it yourself?

If you random a mid: Buy the courier/wards - ez
If you pick and the enemy picks: Buy courier/wards and "think" that he randomed (has a gold advantage)
If you pick and he randoms: buy courier/wards, he already has a gold advantage so who cares
Yes, it's annoying and you "shouldnt" have to do it. But it makes you win more often. You like to win, right? (If you like complaining more than winning, continue).
And be prepared to buy courier as mid, buy bottle and then someone else taking the courier to get him his boots

It was team effort, and due to the enemy stupid line up (mostly lategame heroes) and maybe, it was because Uncle Sera keep saying: 'Guys we can win this shit, we have furi', Zeus was pretty mad at Bara but he was willing to cooperate. 'Bara I beg you this is my first game in the past 2 weeks, please don't ruin my game like this'.At that stage nobody is hoping him to play for us but at least if he would stop feeding... Sometimes you do wonder what kind of human being can do something like that. I am sorry Albanian but I will forever this first Albanian I have encountered on internet. Well then in the end we lost because some mistakes here and there, first SK messing around at the mid T3 and then zeus was getting impatience. But still, with that sad Bara hardcore feeding.
