I sort of doubt that Valve has a "completely retarded" for players that they match with high win rate players to make sure their win rate is at 50/50.
However, I do hate the match making some time. I had a guy who may or may not have spoken english who only said "My life, my life!" every time he got his ass kicked in a fight.

We had way better lategame, but my team decided to fight early game because "can't fight against nature prophet late game"
Just to put into perspective, my team had Phantom Lancer (me), Weaver, Ogre, Storm Spirit and Sniper (it was AR). They had BH, Kunkka, Disruptor, NP and Abaddon. They fucking shit all over us early game but I guess PL isn't good enough lategame vs NP...and Storm, a hero basically made to fuck heroes like NP in the ass. Guess who ended up feeding nature's prophet
next game, was told to uninstall Dota because I got Necro on Lycan. Incidently I was also the only person on the team with more kills/assists than deaths.

One of my friends actually did this once because he was eating. We were winning early anyway so he decided to troll by going battlefury and complaining in all chat about how the game was bugged because he didn't cleave, lmao. We won the game with a cliff jungling BF QoP, it was hilarious.

you know, solo offlane is getting to be a drag, cause i can win solo offlane, like actually win, like, get more farm than the safelane carry, kill the lifestealer twice as clock, kill the support twice.... and it doesnt matter, IT DOESNT MATTER, nothing i do laning phase matters. because mid loses, the jungler is fucking bad, like how do you farm that bad, holy shit, ld is a slow jungler, and you ask for jungle, but no, hes not that fucking slow, especially now that hell bear camps are not a bitch anymore. our support nyx "rushes" dagon, proceeds to go 0/7/2 and our slardar is playing well but cant do shit because the nyx is mentally retarded our sf loses mid because bane versus sf is well.... pretty retarded actually, ive never done that matchup, but i can only imagine how he got fucked... whatever... 4-0 solo offlane clockwerk isnt good enough guys... atleast they didnt blame me. Pisses me off, solo offlane isn't fucking easy and winning it is hard and feels good, but then losing the game after you win shit that your not supposed to win and essentially shut down 2 peoples levels and farm feels... bad.

Past few days...honestly...I got back from a trip this week so I played a fair few games over the weekend. To begin with I go 1-1. Ok, fine. Looks about right.
Then the losses started to roll in:
- Other team has Zeus and Warlock who start giving us trouble with bonds and Zeus ult and all that nasty stuff. PA gets a BKB and a pipe, I'm trying to build a BKB. Nobody else on the team has even tried to start a BKB despite dying constantly to magic nukes. Bane has built a Blink Dagger instead of a BKB despite being 1-9. Doom really needed his AC/HH/Maelstrom instead of a BKB apparently.
- I'm mid against a Timbersaw. I zone him out a lot, denying tons of farm. He gets one lucky kill on me and then goes back to getting no farm. Frustrated he starts roaming...and starts getting kills...and more kills...and more kills. He finishes 19-1 whilst people whine about me losing my lane despite the fact he left my lane 1-0 with no farm at all (I think he had a wand and mana boots or something like that). Meanwhile our Dark Seer and Venomancer feed Sniper hard in offlane and we just lose lategame to an unkillable timber and a DPS-monster Sniper.
- Stacked with someone I know. He randoms, I random. I get Abaddon, cool. He gets...Broodmother. "Swap?" I agree because I figure I can micro spiders fairly comfortably and I don't know how his Brood is. Ursa immediately comes offlane with me (?????) and feeds first blood (!?!?!?!?!), effectively giving them free sentry wards and a slight XP advantage over me. Then abandons the lane to go feed top. I get DESTROYED as expected as a result of that opening gambit by Ursa but whatever, top getting good farm, right? Nope, Ursa finishes the game on 14 deaths after repeatedly suiciding earlygame into their toplane, then spends time calling Invoker a noob for missing one sunstrike (Invoker finishing 10-4 incidentally). The absurd part was that as soon as I got about a minute of freedom to build up some spiders I straight up took two towers; but opportunities like that were few and far between with the other team constantly being all over me.
- Toplane feeds Weaver a 13 minute Linkens. Everyone dies. Of course its my fault because there's a 3-stack on the team.
- I zone Night Stalker out. He gets relatively little. Lion rotates to middle to help kill me. Several times. I dodge some of them, others I can't. Obviously no TPs in or even so much as a miss call; just "wild Lion appears". Wards? Don't be silly, can't manage that with start gold! Second nighttime, NS goes roaming, snowballs. Nobody blaming anybody else or anything but just a generally all-round miserable game. :-\
The only fortunate part is I got Bloodseeker in my last game so I got to try out his new racecar design. Global thirst is obscenely strong. X-D
Edit: On a side note, however, I'm really curious as to what people think they're going to accomplish by yelling in a language you don't understand.
I've been hitting a lot of Russians and South Americans recently, very talkative ones (ok, it was probably mostly insults because it was in losing games). And ok, at first maybe they just hope you know their language. But after you've been talking in English to other people in the game for a bit and clearly aren't responding to what they're saying...why do they continue?
Yelling at someone in Portugese or Russian for 20 minutes straight isn't going to make them suddenly understand what you're trying to say, its just wasted effort. If you're actually trying to get something from them its not going to happen because they don't know what you're saying. And if you're just trying to insult them its not going to do anything because, again, they don't know what your'e saying. So why do it?

I'm weaver in a lane with earthshaker. "I hate es support. I farm" He's constantly using aftershock and enchant to steal my farm farm, and goes straight for a midas. "I spoked at start i am farm".
Of course the rest of the team is a russian stack so i get all the reports

How hard would it be for Valve to add something like ladder that makes people actually want to win? Maybe then they won't stack with complete newbies and give them absolutely no guidance. I was just playing Spectre in lane with a Lina who knew nothing about creep aggro, so I was constantly competing for CS with 3 ranged creeps under the enemy tower. Then suddenly ten minutes hits, support mode is deactivated, and he wants to CS too. All he does for the next fifteen minutes is roam around looking for empty lanes to farm. He never carried a TP, only joined fights which were a few feet away from where he was farming and his contribution to them consisted of using his ult on heroes that would have died anyway. I asked him to buy wards, he told me that he had no money and I should help. I pointed out that he had a fucking aghinams scepter (why he wanted that when he only used his ult on heroes with less than 200 hp I don't fucking know) and then I raged so now I'm probably going to spend the next week muted because him and his friend reported me.
Why do I play this game again?
I hope Legacy of the Void is good.

Were you a Viper? this happened to me recently in a very similar team comp (I was a Timbersaw who finished like 18-2 or 19-3 something like that)
Believe or not people were blaming me for not ganking enough. I also never wanted to mid in the first place, but they made me haha

Nah, I was Razor. I remember having an absolute fit when I died to him because I'd removed all of his attack damage and just one hit would have killed, but he regenned JUST enough mana to hit his Q before I could right-click kill him. X-(
