I was solo suicide silencer (that bought courier/wards) Invoker went max-wex disruptor didn't skill glimpse until level 10 PL went Vanguard with 15 minutes of freefarm Wisp was on his way to buy a vanguard and they were all east european hahahahahahaha -abandoned- the game before that had some really high skill players, too. They all carried dust (seriously everyone but the support carried dust, and he carried wards), cooperated, called ss, and so on. How the FUCK did matchmaking go from a great game into an utter dogshit game | ||

Your investment becomes another objective on the map that your team must both defend and treat selflessly by giving it to the carry. In a pub, that's a major problem. If the other team tries to steal it, the stack needs a response similar to defending a tower or rosh, but very few pub teams will respond properly for a bunch of creeps. And if the other carry gets your stack, your expensive farm accelerator has suddenly done more harm than good. Even when you go to take it, you are easy to gank. If you die and they get the stack, that sucks even more. If your team comes to defend you, 95% of players will autoattack the stack while standing around, and in the process take a reasonable number of creeps. This is especially the case for any farmed #2s who probably outdamage the #1 at this point. On all of the heroes I play who might build helm, bfury/midas are more reliable farming tools, and other things are more reliable fighting tools. Of course HoD can work, but it carries a risk and a coordination burden that the others don't. And as for teamplay, it's the teammates who can take the stack anyway, so hashtag all you like. | ||
