I see no problem from that score screen at all, a #5 will always look bad on the loss side, any very dedicated support actually will look worse because he would be willing to spend every gold for the team when he had literally 0 income (example like ixmike had <200gpm in a game where they won, go figure). If the lina was intentionally feeding 20+ deaths then obviously people would agree on that pic.
As someone who always plays support. Praise to you! It sometimes seems people put waaaay too much emphasis on their KDA e-peen.
I'm always permanently underleveled and getting BIG items like a force staff or ghost sceptre are amazing feats of economy in losing games for me. I've been trying to make it a habit of at least nabbing the easy jungle camp whenever I have a moment to secure some gold/xp during down time when lanes are pushed out or taken or simply too far away from where I'm likely needed.
What has made me QQ lately is the demeanour of my friends whom I often play stacks with. If we win everything is golden, but if we lose then without fail they get grouchy and the party fail-cascades in people going off to do something else.
I find that so infuriating. We don't take the game serious, little to no planning, no target calling, no nothing beyond the bare basics. And these are mostly people I know from a game called eve online where all of these small-group communication skills are inbred and vital to fights. Yet in dota it's like, nope. Not going to bother.
which is fine. I don't take dota all that serious either. But then to take a loss serious while not taking the game serious. It's just madness. Like seriously, man the fuck up. We lost. It was probably avoidable if we actually bothered about good execution. But we don't; So YOLO whatever, queue next game. But nope, let's just get grouchy and stop on a low-note.
I'm sure it's just human nature and I'm an oddball for not really caring about losing games as long as I felt I played decent. But it's been annoying me greatly.

Matchmaking with friends is impossible. Mixed MMR's can't handle a volatile game like DOTA.
Just my friend and I queue and we get put up against a 4 stack who picks life stealer, spirit breaker, rubick, and gyro... We have necro with mek pretty quickly in and a troll so I'm begging my team to push some towers down but they play league of legends style and just individually farm in jungle or lane. This happens for 20 minutes while spirit breaker with lifestealer infest charge and kill stragglers on the map. Finally I get my team to smoke and we catch spirit breaker and rubick by themselves. And instead of all 5 of us picking them off the team decides to RUN AWAY. Could've been tier 3 and rax but then the rest of the game is just hide and get ganked garbage. This game took 50 minutes to lose after it was pretty much over after 20.
I can't stand 'league syndrome', where teams won't do anything productive except hide and farm.
edit: does losing with people way under your MMR bring you down at all?

Disable help doesn't stop Tiny's toss afaik? Either way, depending on how "adventurously" our Tiny seems to be playing, it's just second nature to stay the fuck away from him. Like, Id feel safer solo pushing a lane at night with spirit breaker off the map than pushing a tower with Tiny beside me

I don't see why it wouldn't bring you down, atleast a little bit. Then again is hard to say.

Assuming that the other team also contains people with a significantly lower rating than yourself, it probably drops your MMR a whole lot more than losing when you queue alone.

It probably looks at some kind of average mmr, so it will probably drop about the same as when you solo queue

Tonight I played a game with a guy who randomed Lich. He decided to go top and "support" our PA (Who picked last and was just an awful choice). What items does he get? Boots, wards, tangos. One guy on our team starts making fun of him and I defend him and say "Well at least he got wards". Look at his skills, frost blast first... I start getting pretty skeptical.
Anyway we got destroyed. BH harassed the hell out of me when I was jungling and I just got nowhere fast. Lich didn't buy any wards after the first set. Finally the other team gets such a huge lead we just sit in the fountain, suddenly the blame game starts. I have lich and two other people trying to blame the loss on me, when there was really an amalgamation of reasons. They attacked me pretty hard and it essentially boiled down to I lost them the game because I didn't get a ring of basilius. I'm not even making that up. I ended up getting an abandon and my chat screen gets filled up with "LOL FURION U MAD LOLOLOL" garbage. Whatever lmao. Worst thing about it though is the awful lich was the most vocal and abusive. Yes, the one who went boots first.
Next solo queue game. The 3 people riding my ass are on the other team. Turns out they're friends. Me not wanting to mess around this time, I decide to be amoral and pick Nyx/middle. I had a fairly competent team this time, we communicated well, and we absolutely destroyed them. It felt really good. I'm assuming they were whining pretty hard at their other teammates just like they did with me because one of them not in their group of friends disconnected and never came back.
So I suppose this story is half QQ and half sweet sweet revenge.
P.S: We had no courier until 12 minutes into the game

Disappointed to see pro players being overly flashy or behaving badly on stream, even though I enjoy their streams. I just think it's really bad influence on the younger Dota2 players, many of whom are just young teenagers.
E.G. Sing-sing slinging abuse at his n00b opponents, or Dendi abusing the report system (rage reporting an enemy player for ganking him at mid).

Our Russian Alchemist has no items besides vlad + maalstroom 35 minutes into the game. He's been farming the whole time with four points in greed. In case it wasn't clear, no, he does not have boots, 295 MS is already terrific after all. Did I mention Chen already has a vlad ?
End of the game, 56 minutes in, Alchemist sits on Vlad + Mjöllnir + Abyssal. Still no boots. Also I notice Warlock has bought a mek even though Chen already has one. Well, just another CM game in H/VH.
On the bright side, Chen who also was Russian played godly (and spoke English) so I'm going to rejoice about that instead.

Get captains mode, ask for suggestions, help whatever etc. No one says a damn thing, better blame the guy who picked the heroes at the end. Doesn't matter that the russian alch goes DC, messing up lanes etc.
