All it takes is to be blown up instantly at the beginning of every fight since you're a squishy int support vs nyx OD Luna all of which shouldn't take longer than 2 sec to instagib you. | ||

Sometimes there are just those games where nothing goes your way, spirals our of control, and the supports become food wherever they are on the map. Honestly, that Lina was probably something like 0-4-2 when the game was actually "lost" and the following 4 deaths don't even matter. | ||

What I'm saying is that it's silly to give yourself credit for mediocre play when you're on the winning team and then give the support on the losing team shit for not getting the same stats. I'm extremely sick of people (especially beginners) who pound themselves on the back for playing a hero on a standard level. Most people seem to believe that if you get 20-0 in one game, that means you are pro, and you should consider yourself pro forever, even if you have a 50% winrate like everyone else, and have good games and bad games that are completely out of your control. There's nothing off about that scoreboard, it's simply a pubstomp. One guy got the better end of it, that's all. | ||

Precisely, maybe while his teammates were defending the ramp for no reason at all because the game was helplessly lost, and getting a few pointless kills, Lina wasn't participating, and that would be make him the smartest on his team. We cannot know. | ||

Eh the score of that Lina can really look that bad in a lost game like that, NA showed up with vendetta and he probably doesnt even need any help from the team to finish off lina in 1 combo. Or lina either gets first focused down and died first in battle, we will never know if the lina is actually bad or good unless someone watched the replay. I see no problem from that score screen at all, a #5 will always look bad on the loss side, any very dedicated support actually will look worse because he would be willing to spend every gold for the team when he had literally 0 income (example like ixmike had <200gpm in a game where they won, go figure). If the lina was intentionally feeding 20+ deaths then obviously people would agree on that pic. | ||

I actually played with Sorry earlier today, also on a support Lina. I quite liked her, super friendly. edit: fwiw she was 6-5-5 (309 gpm) in our game, we ultimately lost 26-37 | ||

It was actually a CM premade not a pub, your criticizing something when you have no idea what happened in the game or what you are talking about. With support like support like SD, Kill/Death ration stats arn't that big of a deal. You could play the best of the entire team, setting up all the ganks and team fights, saving allies, etc.. and still have the worst "stats". Yet your just focusing on stats, jumping to defend the Lina and crapping on the SD for no reason. I wasn't try to say the Lina was a terrible player all the time or even in that particular match, sure bad games happen or things just didn't go her way. But it doesn't change the frustration when the games over and thats the way the loot RNG ends up. That's all i was pointing out. | ||
