Well, I'm sure everyone's been there. In the next minute, you can have the game won but your heart sinks as you realize that there's only you trying to push. One person's regening mana, someone else is going to the rosh pit, another person's going to push top. "push mid. gogo throne" you type but with frantic pings but to no avail. Lose the game minutes later. Also, in a lot of pubs, it feels like the only time people use single target ultimates (finger, laguna blade) is to "secure kills." There'd be like 5 of us, bashing down on a hero that's silenced, stunned and dead as can be when the lion finger comes out. The same finger that's nowhere to be seen in the next big fight. :/ | ||

'OMG enemy team all dead = FARM TIME' The most ridiculous shit is that in some situations the oppo made some huge mistakes and get teamwiped while we already taken their mid raxes beforehand - just throne it and finish the game right away, nope, they need to take the other t3/raxes........ i have seen too many games that usually involved russians who insisted to farm their items instead of finishing the game (no offense but in my experience it often comes with some russian/eastern european player) and then proceed to get owned and lose the game, sometimes i just hate it so much when i am supporting. Must have made them feel like kings so they wanted a longer game but do they not know that i am playing the most tiring game of my life for them because i know that our line up needed to finish the game asap. edit; in all fairness eastern europeans/russians in my games are mostly good players (they know how to farm/mid etc) but they almost always play most of the heroes with some 'russian' style. not that this matters, but just feel like adding this lol | ||

Simple: Guy/Hero is bad at Jungling and wants quick lvl 2. Guy has no clue that singlepulling is pushing the lane and that you don't want to do that early (normally). | ||

Just finished a game that left a bitter taste in my mouth: my friend, a self-proclaimed pro at dota plays leader for the team and tells us, when we are behind, to turtle hard and defend. I buy wards and place them at all the defensive positions. We win a couple of teamfights, things are looking up for us. Suddenly, when the enemy is hunting our forest, when all of us are out of position and waiting for the battle to come to us, he suddenly walks into the enemy team, against a storm/alche/nyx/lich combo. He gets blown up of course, and as shadow demon I had tried to go over to save him if I could, along with a leshrac, but we got blown up too. He gets super angry and blames us for "not having map awareness". Isn't that bullshit if you set the strategy of "turtle" in your teammates minds and don't even bother pinging or anything when going over to initiate? Sure, we should've been more aware, but at least give SOME signal. It's a fucking team game. | ||

Split push best strategy to deal with that shit, although it was hard as fuck, good we had bottom rax pushed and then we somehow managed to get mega creeps with random Weaver doing work. LOL They QQ'd us so hard after throne got raped, !@##$ing splitpushers, lol. | ||
