i keep getting muted because players think its smart to go in 1v3 diving a tier 2 and when im at mid tier 1 i dont come to help........dont dive? simple concept...and then i rage on them when they ping the hell out of me. then im muted...story of my life

I found your issue here. If this happens over a lot of games (and they need to, to get muted), then you might want to look into..not doing it 
It could also be the way you rage. I'm not above raging myself, but I always do it in a semi-tasteful way and without name calling.

Dota does bring out the worst in us. That 10th loss in a row where your team are brainless monkeys, while their whole team is basically na'vi, is really hard to swallow

Am I crazy or is this a messed up build for nyx? It's all random. First item Soul Ring, that's without any tangoes or branches. He then gets level 4 mana burn, no spiked carapace, level 2 impale, level 1 ulti. Was a strange game overall. Witch Doctor went mid and carried us to a victory.

Nonono, completely normal. I alway open with soul ring too, then proceed to get armlet, and then straight to divine.
He's doing it correctly, except I'd skip impale as well. SC and impale are such useless skills. Only go for mana burn and stats until lvl 18, where you, unfortunately, have to pick them up. Also pick up the ulti, of course, so you can go invis and land those mana burn more easily
To be honest, Nyx is a really bad hero, especially in pubs. I don't see why people pick him up so often..

I fucking hate it when I get muted for no FUCKING reason. I swear to god, the last 10 games I haven't flamed anyone. The ONLY thing I can think of is getting heated when a fight is coming that we really shouldn't take or the likes. "GUYS GET THE FUCK BACK WE CAN'T FIGHT RIGHT NOW", "LATE MISSCALL, GET BACK NOW!" that's honestly not flaming it's just getting heated about not taking a fight. I wonder how they get faulty reports such as this through, is someone actually looking at the reports and making sure that the reports are legit or is it more like when it reaches a certain amount of reports that I get muted?
Anyway fucking sucks cus I usually manage to lead my team to victory by showing them when to be when and where etc.

Rofl, this new report system is absolutely ridiculous, I got muted again yesterday somehow after a 12-2-11 storm game where our entire team was having fun and nobody flamed/all chatted at all, then today got put in low priority after two games where I didn't feed or abuse abilities at all, and I was either the highest/second highest performing on the team.
Seriously, it doesn't make sense. How can I get reported for something like that while I'm muted already, and didn't even feed or do anything negative to influence the team?
I'm done playing this fucking game until Valve realizes how stupid this new system is, and how it's being abused to mute people who have done nothing wrong.

I don't know the exact situations you are talking about specifically but I can tell you this. Its a team game, if people on your team think something is worth a shot but they need your participation, even if you don't agree, you are better off just going along for the ride and doing your best to help them. Maybe you will learn something new? Maybe it will fail and the next time they suggest it you can say you tried before and it didn't work. If it does fail and you gave it your all, if its not 60 minutes into the game, its probably not the end of the game.
I cannot stand it when 2 people go for a gank and the 3rd one just sits back and does nothing because he doesn't agree its possible. Just suck it up and remember this is a team game. Its not won or lost by anyone player, its always a group effort, and for that to work with most line-ups that means committing to being there for your teammates.

I hope that last line is sarcasm. Nyx is quite easily one of the best pub heroes ever. Even if their team is good you're likely to get many kills.

Nothing in that post was sarcasm.. I have no idea what you're talking about! Also, naix is squishy, meepo is easy, and spirit breaker is slow.

yea i hear ya, i mean personally im a pretty hyper-aggressive player myself so i'll dive towers, especially when im playing mid or offlane. I think i guess my QQ is that people that relate this vent to dont ping for help and just go in. Like if i see a squishy offlaner and 2 supports and im playing idk a puck/ta, or i have a PA/AM and im playing a good stun support ill forsure dive that tier 2. It makes it hard to communicate when muted though, makes it impossiable to forumlate strats in situations.

no, he's pretty op. His ult is still incredibly good even with the nerf. The aoe 70% miss is insane and he is a better manfighter than Slark.
