Hero is balanced. Everything else aside, remember that Gyro kills your entire team while you're focused on single targeting him down.

I remember in HoN, the americans ALWAYS used their mic to communicate, where as the euros only had a few whiners on mic. Seems to be similar in Dota 2, at least from my limited experience and the streams I've watched... on the US server, there's people on the mic always, it's extremely rare on EU for anyone to use the mic and if they do, it's usually not positive.

Yeah and then Naix proceed to yolo 1v5 all your team because the hero is just retarded and does insane amount of physical damage with absolutely zero items.

It's kinda hard to kite him when he has Abyssal blade and a 70% slow that also gives 30% lifesteal to all your allies.
edit: Oh yeah he is also magic immune for 6 seconds ( you can't disable him ) and he also gets a huge attack speed buff ( bash bash bash bash bash ).

He's not very kiteable, now is he? By the time he gets abyssal, he can take down anyone he wants in no time. The only real way to deal with him is bane ulti.

Forcestaffs are kinda terrible at this point in the game, and only very specific heroes gain a lot by having them because they need perfect positioning (Invoker, windrunner and pudge comes to mind).
none of these ulties are long enough compared to bane's 5 second (that extra second helps a lot, 3 extra seconds with scepter), and none has the range that bane has with his ulti either. They work, just not really enough.

See above for FF. But I agree, GS is pretty good against him. Although it have its obvious drawback, it will usually help more than it hurts if used correctly..Just a shame no one in pubs actually know of the item

Ok, so let's say your two supports have two force staves ( there is now way that your supports will have both ghost sceptre and forcestaff ). They are gonna save two people from Naix ( let's say the carry and the mid lane ). Now your two biggest damage output are probably OUT OF POSITION and can't do damage. Your 3,4,5 are pretty much fucked, they are gonna die because they just can't run ( keep in mind that the enemy team also have disables ) and now you are probably 2vs5 and lifestealer still has all his hp because your physical dmg hero couldn't attack ( out of position thanks to forcestaff ).
Don't get me wrong, you are right. Both GS and ForceStaff are really good against Naix but there is still the problem that he is just gonna kill someone like nothing happens and that he does A LOT of damage with just cheap items.
? What to do ?
The hero is completly stupid, his skills are just too good. Rage allows you to save a lot of gold because you don't need bkb and a big attack speed item, feast just pretty much kills every hero with high hp pool, open wounds allows your teammates to stay in the battle and provides a huge slow that can't be dispelled by bkb, infest is a great early game skill that allows you to come back into a fight with almost full hp and also provides a huge aoe nuke. How many heroes have such good skill set ? I can't think of many tbh.
I can't wait for the next patch to nerf Lifestealer. The hero is boring, annoying and stupidly strong.

"ez game"
Anyone who says this after winning deserves to have their nipples blowtorched off. I'm getting so sick and tired of winning or losing good games because of strategy and teamwork, only to have the biggest retard on the team go "ez game" at the end. I'd understand there would be a few idiots out there, but I believe someone has said this in about 100% of the last 50 games I haven't played in stack.

Agreed. The game really needs to add an item that makes you immune to physical attacks for a small period of time, or an item that allows you to push yourself or teammates in a direction, or an item that gives agi heroes good combat stats and illusions while allowing them to rid debuffs like open wounds. Or at the very least give us some disables that go through magic immunity. Icefrog get to work plz

Fuck me, why do I ever bother trying to play farm intensive carries.
Today as I was queueing up I decided "I play support pretty often, and I really wish I could learn how to play a carry" so I decided to pick anti-mage seeing as hes a pretty quintessential carry hero with whom I should be able to learn how to farm and such.
Now I know that sometimes its hard to get a good team comp so I pick him before anyone else makes their picks so that hopefully we can get some heroes to work around that. Next 2 picks are CK and slark shortly after, not ideal but hey this isn't exactly TI3 here. The next 2 guys are waffling so I mention that we could use a support of some sort and a mid hero (I don't think slark wanted to mid). They wait until the creeps spawn then pick weaver and lifestealer -_-
I get that its AP and people should be able to play what they want but I'm never going to learn to play anything else if the only time there will be a support in my games is if I play it. I ended up laning with CK and farmed myself a 20+ minute battlefury as well as a 46 minute manta. We managed to win anyway because our CK was pretty smart and after getting manta and vlads I actually kind of came online against their heavy int lineup. However it really wasn't that enjoyable of a game since it was really hard for me to ever play AM like he's supposed to be played.
Oh well, back to position 5

My team get enchantress treant leshrac clinkz and the ennemy team has sterngth carries so I take lifestealer, because well.. he is kind of a good carry and I like playing him. So with this lineup you could do something like treant mid, enchant jungle clinkz solo and ls safe lane with leshrac. But no, I end up soloing safe lane... We don't have a courrier because the random treant prefers getting boots first and enchantress goes into jungle with a glove of haste and nothing else. After 10 min of shit farm treant randomly shows up and steals last hits from me, we still don't have a courrier so I end up buying it but of course nobody wants to upgrade it. Meanwhile they feed spirit breaker because we don't have a single ward on the map. What items are my "teamates" getting? Treant armlet mask of madness blademail, leshrac bloodstonen enchantress afk farm in jungle until she gets aghanim+orchid. Turns out that enchantress cannot outcarry a sven with midas and a 16 min radiance spectre who would have thought.

I would, but the only people that I know that play CM successfully are significantly higher level than myself. I mean like people at my level of play are generally not capable of even doing stuff like trilaning (not trying to criticize, its just where I'm at) so I feel like the drafts wouldn't be that great.
