The problem with your plan is that you assume that aggression will lead to the player changing the way they play. People are naturally defensive and respond poorly when they are attacked, insulted or otherwise belittled in a social setting. Your main plan of belittling someone for playing wrong is flawed because it will likely just lead to team disruption. Also, by insulting the player, you are running the risk of them becoming distracted and performing poorly for fear of being berated by you.
Nothing about your plan is good, despite what you say. Insulting people will not lead your team to working better or playing well together. Rather than saying “Your building the wrong items, your build is bad,” it is far better to say “I have played X-hero before and if you get this item instead, you will do way better.” It is like if someone makes a bad selection for mid, it is it always better to say “Hey, that match up is really rough. If you get in trouble, let me know and I’ll have a TP ready,” than insulting them for making a poor pick.

I snapped at a guy yesterday. Played storm, didn't really do my job, and ended up way below than what you need to me properly effective as a storm. I had TPs on me the entire game, probably wasted like 3k gold on them, as I had to run back and fourth the entire game to stop pushes, while the rest of the team..didn't. After a death, I spot someone pushing top, TP from the fountain, and almost grab a kill (he got lucky and I didn't execute it properly). 2 seconds after, one of the carries whine to me "dude, you should always have a TP on you!". I flamed for a good 5 min afterwards. Now I feel bad. We even won the game because of him

Skirmish - yelling at someone is never a way to persuade them to your idea. This isn't an opinion, it's a fact. Just by yelling at them (or agressivly suggesting), you put them on the defense and they feel compelled to defend their action/thought.

True, flaming is too. But sometimes a casual retard should be said for a players who tries to 1v4 or 1v5 all the time and let you lose. It is well deserved.

Only if they don't listen to you when you ask them to be more careful. We have all dealt with the "Yolo player" who just runs at the first hero they see to try and down them, regardless if it is going to work our or not. But some people just make bad life choices and get caught out of position and are forced to do as much as they can on the way out. You have to be really careful to know the difference.

No, no it isn't.
You can always report them for intentional feeding or however they call it, if you're certain that's what it was. If he's just playing poorly and got caught out alone once, twice, 3 times or even 5 times, then the only thing that's deserved is a communication ban for calling somebody a retard.
For the millionth time, decent (in terms of play) teammates are a privilege, not a right.

Some players refuse to understand you shouldn't dive 1v5 in any circumstances without and intention of feeding. They are just unable to understand how this game works. I am talking about just walk and a move while 4 or 5 man present there for sure, not for surprise b..ts...x smoke gank. Or another example may be when you place a good lane ward and a casual 2 men gank incoming. Then you ping and write in chat to aware your mates to be careful. But they rather tower dive and die 2v4 or something.
In these circumstances, you know it is not intentional, you know they abuse nothing but they are pretty bad and steal at least 30+ mins of your life with pretty retard moves. Not all of us mature enough to laugh and turn to TV to watch something while waiting for a never coming FF.

I think you're mixing mature with passion. The people who get annoyed the most are usually those who are most passionate about the game as well. When you laugh at your bad teammates, you usually don't have the burning desire to win, and rather play to chill and have fun. Not saying one is more right than the other. Just that there are people playing the game for different reasons.

Dota turns me into a racist.... I always appreciated certain countrieman in real life (never been to certain country, but like all certain countryman I met are really chill people). But after playing endless houres of dota, I am a little sad that the usa didn't nuke that certain countries into oblivion. Valve should restrict certain countries from playing anywhere but on certain country servers. I don't really care about winning, but after getting flamed for so many houres by my beloved certain countries teammated for what ever action I do, I don't even want to win anymore.
Valve about all things must lock the servers to regions. It's unplayble. No other race just spamms there certain countries bullshit and english insult in such a fashion like the certain countries can.

So I play enchantress.
We have a Sniper mid, me jungle, gyro bot together with tiny and a clinkz top. We are Radiant.
After 5 or so minutes, Sniper has 0-5 vs skywrath mage in mid...
After 10 minutes, he has 2-10, the score is now 3-14...
Fast forward 15 min, at min 25, Gyro is like "DONT WORRY GUYS I got this, need5 min farm for rapier"
So I babysit this badass until he gets a rapier. The score is like 13-29 or smt now, we gained somewhat, still a few lvls below the other team.
So gyro now has BKB, Yasha, Treads, Rapier, at like min 32ish.
First fight: We kill 4 of theirs, only 1 of ours die (tiny, who was awful, missing stuns left and right).
I was like YES A TINY RAY OF HOPE.
NOPE!
Gyro insist that he farms instead of pushing in mid when 4 is dead. I start raging in chat (I am ashamed of it, but man I couldn't control myself. I could see the end of the tunnel man. We had a slim chance of winning) So anyway, Gyro proceeds to farm. I'm like sure wth we have a rapier, we will own them in teamfights.
NOPE!
Gyro proceeds to jump in to try to save clinkz, he jumps in ALONE versus FOUR(4) enemies in the middle of mid, while 2 of us are farming jungle camps and 1 of us is defending raxless bot.
Ogre Magi picks up rapier and we loose 10 mins later (the enemy team, for some reason, decided to FARM for 10 min, waiting for rosh to spawn, instead of just go in and fking kill us when they had like 30 kill lead)
Best part:
Gyro: "Me sori, me russia me no know"
:DDDDD

Being passionate and competitive does not give you license to be a jerk. If you are playing pick up basket ball and you scream and curse out your team mate for missing 5 unblocked shots, you will likely be asked not to come back. Really, that should be the question you ask when you are getting angry thinking about raging: If I did this in a pick of basket ball game, what is the chance of me getting kicked out or punched?

just won 2 games handily...and I had a miserable time playing both of them
first game - entire team is russian (I think they were a 4stack), absolutely not a single word in english. The sum of the teamwork that was had in the game was when KotL bought a courier - and then went to the jungle and came out 15 minutes later with Boots, Midas, Dagon. Yeah.
my lane partner (who I let take all the last hits since he was a hard carry + knew how to last hit) got caught out of position one time, behind their tower, dies to chain-stun. Starts pinging me like mad because I didn't save him/die trying to.
thankfully the other team was pretty bad, one of them DC'd and they all left
2nd game I had an awesome support, I was playing well, I got my farm, got good kills, I was getting my groove on as Invoker - good, right? WRONG. Bristleback and Treant teammates whined a shitstorm so large it DC'd a guy on the other team. It didn't matter that I was farmed, 7-2-10, appearently "invoker fucking useless gg"
but it's ok I'm having fun, we're leading but the game is close, and my dazzle support is seriously kicking ass. Nope, the DC'd guy abandoned because "teammates shit" and then everyone started bickering in all chat on weather or not we deserved to win 5vs4, "report morphling", "this team sux", etc etc etc
MOTHERFUCKERS THIS IS A FUCKING GAME
STOP DOING YOUR PISSING CONTEST AND JUST PLAY TO HAVE FUN
