 EDIT: besides with mana boots AND soul ring you basically make enough mana to march + rearm forever until you run out of HP (assuming level 1 rearm). Its not about soul ring being better, its about what happens if you get both items | ||

I think even if it would be possible to rearm mana boots travels would still be superior edit: ok I guess, buying both would actually be legit in that case ^^ | ||

And for some reason my ping is 200~300, with lag spikes up to 900, and even I still manage to be involved in more kills and die less than qop Oh and two guys are chinese, on EUW | ||
