Wasnt really trying to brag and I even said my meepo play wasnt good and I wasnt confident in it. The post was 90% regarding my QQ toward the PL anyways. Regarding the report, he probably didnt deserved it but I honestly didnt think it would work. Since before patch, I have reported people before who actually did deserved it and rarely ever got a message regarding that they taken action on someone I reported. It was also to see if the new report system was more strict. We did tell him to go bot thousand of time before the game started so he can partner up with KOTL since he picked KOTL expecially for PL and even said so. Since we got better mid such as tiny. He continue to ignored and then fed and then completely abandon the lane and night stalker rampage the entire game. Your saying that you wouldnt be angry at this person if he did the same thing in your game? I do understand that there are people who are not good in this game but when they ignore the wish of the entire team and advice, then thing turn out exactly like how everyone predicted it to happen, you arent going to be frustrated?

Been playing alot of the bears lately that has happened to me a couple times too very annoying. Even when I had a hyperstone, maelstrom, and a midas waiting for cd on the bear and couldn't get a single root for like 20 swipes was soo mad

Somehow it seems the people in my team who decide to random get Enchantress with a way above normal chance...it must have been at least 3 out of the last 10. So frustrating considering most people cant play her effectively for their life...so glad I found out about dodging hehe

First of all, people who are easily frustrated should not play All Random. It will only end in sadness. Second of all, blaming a loss on a support for not having enough items is pretty much the dumbest thing ever. This Tiny was mid against Tinker, got 100 last hits and 1 deny, less than every person on the other team. I'm broke as hell from warding and tp'ing all over the place because I'm the only support and the other team is just ravaging around the map. Tiny, who has arcane boots, blink, and ogre club at 50:00 in, throws out a "nice items Lina" and blames the loss on me as he gg's. Like somehow a 250 gpm Tiny is somehow superior to a 170 gpm Lina who bought wards on cool down for most of the game.

I have not said a single offensive swear word or for that matter talked to my teammates in an abusive manner at all but I am chat banned now. Riot plz fix.

So here's the situations I'm at now. I never fucking feed, but I keep losing games. The quality of the players I am getting paired with has noticably decreased. I have dropped from a surplus of 50 wins to less than 30, and my games are mostly in "high" now instead of very high.
I guess I'm just not having a significant enough impact on the game. Honestly, I am NEVER the worst one on my team, and am usually the top two, but we still lose.
Mostly been playing supports, though. I guess I gotta start playing carries again.

my last 10 or so game has been horrible, the search range always seem to max out and i get either complete douche bags or feeders. tinker who pushes out every lane and asks why the carry has no farm. leshrac calls solo safe lane feeds 5 times then calls everyone on the team bad when his final score is 1-13-7. venomancer calls carry veno and tries to take safe lane from sven-wisp, proceeds to shit talk for the rest of the game.
i don't know if they did anything to the match making last patch but my games have been horrible since.

qing as 4 is poopy, got this guy that picks bh and goes nonfactor mode in 2 games. fought the same 5 stack twice and lost twice, atleast there were 600 spectators to witness our failings.

People who are too bitch to play against certain heroes and waste everybody's time with their self-centered dodges still bug me.

Doesnt maelstrom override entangle when it procs? If that is the case maybe thats been stopping your entangles.

idk because I usually do a maelstrom build if i don't that "armlet" build which i don't really care for too much. I had gotten insane root procs with a maelstrom one time I even got 2 procs in a very short time span like 1 after the first entangle ended RNG is weird some times. Like I have been on a syllah bear binge its all I have been really playing much lately its varys. I sometimes seem to get less of a proc chance when playing against heroes with stout/poor man shields though maybe I was just unlucky but I swear i just couldn't get a single proc sometimes.

I really think overrides means that it will still produce chain lightnings even when you have another attack modifier. That's why Maelstroms/Mjollnirs are stackable with SnY, Deso, Lifesteals, etcetc.
IMO, Bear's Entangle is one of the passive skills that has the lowest percentage of chance to occur per attack. It's just that "luck" thing isn't there, lol.

Thus the AS stacking more swipes more chances. But seriously I have been given some god tier level roots early game before.

I had the misfortune of queuing with a bad friend and several of his bad friends. It's all pick, everyone picks supports and initiators. I figure I should grab a carry, and I get Drow (in retrospect Clinkz would have been an infinitely better choice). Regardless, we needed a carry. So, we go into the game and I'm losing the safe lane 
In any case, nobody on my team buys wards or ups the courier, and their ganks are shitting on this and nobody can get their items, so I up the crow, buy wards and counterwards, and have no money (though i'd have even less with nyx constantly ganking me) and we lose
E: and yeah losing lane was basically my fault but man dropping like 2+k on wards and sentries over the course of the game was not pleasant at all
