You cannot evade splash damage and you aren't going to lifesteal, to any amount of efficacy, a sven. However, you might get lucky with a couple crits in a row and take him down before your whole team is gone. That's just my opinion though. If someone wanted to go bfly/lifesteal, I wouldn't say that's bad. It's just not what I would pick. Fortunately or not, you don't get to play all 5 heroes.
It wasn't a case of sven being ridiculously farmed or anything though, SF had way better farm than he did, being 1 big item ahead most of the game, but because he went for shitty items like crit and manta (I honestly think manta is quite shit on SF regardless of whether you're up vs a sven or not, but that's another discussion entirely), and our team being unable to really do anything to sven while bkb was up, SF was always dead/close to dead by the time sven's bkb wore off, and the way the game was going, even if sven and SF both died, we'd lose a 4v4.
I'm not saying we would've won if SF had gone lifesteal and butterfly over crit, there were other problems than that with the game, but the point is, I pretty much didn't say anything that game apart from something along the lines of
"why are you going crit sf"
"crit is pretty bad when you can't stay alive"
"you know butterfly would be way better right"
And by doing that, I got low prio queue

You may be right about LPQ but the item choices should not be the subject of loss or being flamed. He is not going like battlefury or rapier first on SF. Manta & Crit are decent.

It is mildly irritating when a guy gets Lone Druid and can't have the bear attack the enemy while he runs away. But that's ok, you can't expect people to be the best at every hero. It's fine.
Losing is fine. It's a test to the skills of the people.
You know what is not fine?
A guy who keeps flaming said Lone Druid every. single. fucking. minute. All game long. "OMG ITS BEEN X MINUTES WHER R UR ITEMS WTF YOU FUCKING NOOB" every 30-60 seconds.

Random-gold zeus should eat repick-gold pudge for breakfast in lane. Just buy a set of wards when pudge hits level 3 and drop one on top of the enemy ramp mid for hook immunity.
If their pudge repicked to a different hero, then fine they lost gold.

Our team realize that there still hope and then game completely shifted 180 since they didnt have a strong carry. I started to stack 2 heart on meepo and poofing destroying them. We started winning team fight and PL started to get farm and then we ended up winning the game score at 36-45. While we were winning, whole team was bashing on PL for being stupid and not going bot with keeper but he continue to be silent the ENTIRE GAME. Everyone started calling him a russian or something. Me ending the game off by telling the PL to never mid again.
After the game, he invite me to party......yup invite me to party and then I was expecting him to give me crap back for what I said to him all game. INSTEAD he told me the reason he couldnt talk was because HE WAS currently BANNED for one week from chat (jeezzzzz I wonder why?). Then he asked me if I wana que up with him. I lol'd at him and told him I rather cut myself and left. Me and my tiny friend reported him and the next day logged on and notice a nice sexy "Thank you for contributing to improve the dota community. Someone you reported has been punished."

10 hits no entangle is statistically probable almost 11% of the time. It feels so wrong, but it's actually not that unlikely. Now, the guy that entangles me every 2nd hit when he has 0 farm but kills me anyway - that's rage-worthy.

Same here, these last two days I've gotten two "took action" messages as well. I haven't reported anyone for some time, at least 3-4 weeks.
EDIT: to add some QQ:
Yesterday I played tmm with some friends and it fucking sucked. No one was really playing a role they were used to (at least 3 of us preferred supporting) and we got our asses handed to us. It wouldn't have been so bad except when I see someone play shadow demon wrong(I had to play the bat), I get pretty upset.

Just got these 2 muted players in my game. One of them picks skywrath and pings mid 10 times (demanding mid). Then he goes 0-5 in 8 minutes and we get absolutely crushed.
What the QQ is really about is I get the same 2 next game and they go slardar/nyx after I randomed riki. Then slardar comes top with me and VS and is pinging for me to go bot with his friend (the feeder from last game) nyx. Everyone else is telling him to go bot as well so I decide to stay top. Slardar just autoattacks the whole time with a quelling blade. I still got a little over 60 last hits first blood and another kill by 12minutes. So as I am bringing a diffusal and wand over in the courier the slardar just spams the courier to move away from me. Then he hides all my items around the map. Being pretty disheartened I basically stop farming from 13min to 20min. But somehow we came back and around 45 minutes the game is almost for sure we will win. Then they both sell their inventories and buy divines and give slardar the 3 divines and he sprints into the other team with no other items. Instant lose.
The guy who messed with my items and trolled has 2200 hours in dota... I don't understand people.
