Don't understand how our pudge could be that bad with 1k games and pudge as most played hero... This reminds me. I ocassionally play with noobie IRL friends usually 4-5 stack. I just random everytime I play with them and screw around abit. So this particular game, we don't really have a solid mid after 3 or 4 of us picked already. I was gonna go a side lane but they tell me to go mid. Seeing pudge on the other team, I assume he will go mid and I don't trust them to position carefully so I agreed and went mid. One idiot over extends for the rune by himself and gets raped 1v2 before game even started(killed by pudge and tide, pudge probably skilled rot upon seeing the opportunity) Then pudge and tide lanes together and just rips apart that lane with close 1 kill per minute. T_T y u no come mid pudge

My friends reaction "why the fuck would you tp into the lane on first wave?" Was so great. We then lost the game because drow ran around the base as if jogging in a park instead of fighting.

I can't even play MM, I refuse to go in there and ruin someones game because I can't hex or shackle on time to save them, or drop a ward trap for shit. Can't even really play Ai bot games. Looks like I have one more month of sick solo vs. bot practice game training before I get back into it.

Every fight he was the first to run away. Remember this is the guy with the aegis. After 50 minutes of boredom, the opponents finally decide the push, and our pl decides to try to base race them Even though our wave is at around where the t1's were and they are already hitting our raxes. Such a waste of time.

They're expecting you to be there, they notice you're not, they wonder where you are. "Oh look, a great big glowing port-in sprite. I guess that's where he is."

You could, but a good team is just going to D ward you right away. So you just wasted 135 on a TP to place a ward thats getting D warded

A lot of people (even more than usual [wow]) are posting that they've lost a lot in a row, and me and all my friends have lost a ridiculously large pct. of games lately. I know it has to be coincidence, but I just keep wondering where are these folks with the huge win streaks? They must exist, cuz they have all of mine. You are allowed to win more if you are below % and not a trash. I casually with one of my best friends for one year or so. Our w/r is always around %60+ as duo stack, now for 32 matches it is 38.89%. I have a feeling about what MM system thinking like 'you win a few matches? Why not carry those feeders while opponents know what to do?' I know top players manage to have %70+ w/r, it can be doable. The problem is, after consecutive victories I should sense the skill level of the opponents should be increased. Instead I feel my teammates begin to lack basic skills and knowledge. This is what I am whining about. I don't care to lose to players better than me, from time to time I play these kind of games. Maybe some of us in elo hell, maybe we are so bad players that we deserve to play with blink dagger first snipers. I don't know.

Maybe some of us in elo hell, maybe we are so bad players that we deserve to play with blink dagger first snipers. I don't know. I play mostly solo and i'm allways around ~52% win. My last 60 games: 5 losses in the last 20 (nearly only heroes i feel really comfortable with). 15 losses in the last 40 with more varied picks. 26 losses in the last 60 even more supports/heroes i tend to lose with :D (fucking Kunkka :p). I also don't notice many "BAAAADS" in my games, 90% of the time "horrible losses/stomps" are not due to "worse" players, they are due to bad laning/matchups and supports unwilling to change their lane... Which lead to a quickly snowballing enemy (or own) team. More often than not in these games I see a 2v1 lane with the support basically only stealing EP after the first few minutes while the other lane gets trashed due to being 2 vs 2+jungler+ganking mid. It also doesn't help that "mid" often likes to gank lanes where there is an easy kill instead of the lane that "needs" assistance. Most "stomps" are pick/laning made, if your not MUCH better than your opponents you won't overcome the odds of a "BAD" lane, you then can just pray for your mid or other lane snowballing to later give you time to "get back into it", if that doesn't happen the game just becomes one of these 30 min stomps which you allready know you most probably lose after 5 mins ^^. BUT from my experience the MMS gets truely fucked when you play in 2/3 stacks with a bit (not a ton) variing skilllevels. These seem tor eally be stomps in one or the other direction 90% of the time...

These seem tor eally be stomps in one or the other direction 90% of the time... I think there is a strong correlation between 'being good' and 'know what to pick according to your mates'. If someone picks another hard carry and lane with alchemist, hands down this is the true definition of being bad. I know most of the games decided from picks but for gods sake you should know your team needs proper mid, safe lane, a hard lane maybe jungle heroes right. This is the basic knowledge you should know. I.e there was a last pick nyx in my recent games while I was clock in hard lane to solo, pretty good offlaner btw. Then nyx come to hard lane opposing what I say, share xp(he needed most), die horribly despite I tried my best, then accuse us for being bad. Anyways looking at the team composition he should pick a jungler or a trilane support/roamer. But he decides to pick a ganker that needs to over level the opponents and should rush some basic items right. Then he proceeds to hard lane which xp and gold don't exist already, right? This is just being a bad player on my book. I put this example but it is very common in my games. I have %51+ w/l over 1400+ games and casual solo high bracket(I know it doesn't mean anything nvm) player.

.And it's still a "Pub"... Some people want to just play a certain role, some want to play a certain hero and some people just want to see the world burn .I mean, i very rarely, feel the urge to play Dagon-Riki... Do you think in these moments i give a single fuck about how the game ends or what my team thinks about me? :D

All Pick: we have a russian AM who calls: I MID. 5 seconds later a guy picks Puck and calls: MID. Game starts and AM heads mid. We try to convince AM to lane bottom but he says: I MID FIRST. Puck says, fuck off but AM stays mid and replies: We both go MID - will be good. Puck rages instantly and starts feeding enemy QOP and goes 0-12 in 7min or so. His comment: This russian AM has ruined his game. In reality he has ruined the game of 9 other people. At least everyone reported - LPQ now hihi....

Unconventional builds/plays are OK IF you know what you are doing. You can even go slam dunk AM build if you know what you are doing/good game sense etc.. This is why Dendi can win with MoM rush with wisp.

Jesus Christ, I took bane, gave my am freefarm against a solo bat, fb the solo bat, and went like 4-1-3 in the early game. Am has bfury by 25 minutes..... WHHHYYYYYY We still won, but fuck. Why choose am if you can't last hit. The hilarious part was that he had the full set of rares for him, too.
