Oh no I worked that out. But he had a bottle. So if he's going to be runing ANYWAY then why not ward whilst he's there to keep an eye out? And if he's not runing then why the bottle? (Or why mid in fact, but I digress.)
Edit: And that makes it 1 loss away from having 20 more losses than wins. Matchmaking SERIOUSLY wants to punish me for ever going above 50%. I am so, so tired of losing in streaks of 4-6 for one single win...

I am afraid that dota2 will slowly become another hon (regarding the flaming/griefing part). Admittedly now the game is still in a (wayyy) better stage especially we have 250k+ players now, i have had some really really bad experience back in hon when it had like 60k people.

And now 20 more losses than wins and a seven loss streak (discounting one win resulting from a first minute disconnect followed by mass disconnect). And that last win was only because I had Drow.
There is no way this matchmaking is balanced. There is no way that every single game I play I come up against teams that work ganks, buy detection, TP support against our ganks and all sorts of other good stuff. There is no way that having a team that feeds ten kills in as many minutes against a team that manages to pull off perfect 5-man teamfights is balanced matchmaking. There is absolutely no goddamn way that people in my games should not be able to last hit effectively, its just unacceptable. Autoattacking is just unacceptable at ANY level.
I've had literally one enjoyable game in the past few days which was close and back and forth and we lost because our carries weren't able to out-carry the opposing carries. That's fine. It happens. Some people have bad games or are just weaker players. What is NOT fine is not understanding the basic damn principles of the game. Or knowing how to build a hero considering there are guides EVERYWHERE.
I am literally totally out of answers for what the hell to do at this point. I play bad? We lose. I play well? We lose. I carry? Supports compete for farm and feed to hell. I support? Carry can't last hit and builds Vanguard first on Antimage. Play initiator? Team never actually engages when I initiate. Play ganker? I get a few kills until the opposing team wards everywhere.
Edit: And THIS game is over before it started. 500+ win guy on the other side gets firstpick drow. -_-

in other news I just had -the- most retarded dota 2 game yet. AR, we got...Ogre (me), LD, Pugna, Veno, Lesharc. Pugna repicks into Lich - that should have been a sign of how dumb the game was going to be, honestly.

Lich keeps walking into the other team despite them showing up on wards
the other team went Pudge, Treant, Naga, Tide, Enigma. Enigma kept split pushing and being bum rushed by invisible dudes, Tide was playing like a baller (the one good player in the entire game, feel sorry for him), Naga rushed Daedelus for some reason, and Treant rushed boots->Radiance (got them at aroudn minute 30)
and we won despite going 10-28 at first
by far the dumbest game I've played yet

The game is really streaky, I was on a 7 game losing streak, with games that I litteraly could not win no matter what I did for 6 of them ( leavers, or mass feeders). Now I got 6 good games, with a team that communicates, that resulted in enjoyable games, eventhough some where a bit of a stomp.
Dont give up hope, if you're on a bad losing streak take a little break from dota, maybe try to queue with a friend for the next few games and things should get better.

Haven't had back to back wins for two weeks. Haven't won four games in a row since January. Haven't won five in a row since the start of December. On the flipside I'm comfortably on a nine game loss streak if you exclude the one win due to mass disconnect in <5 mins. I used to think it was streaky too. Now I'm pretty certain its out to get me for getting up to nearly 54% win rate at one point.
Its just utterly unbelievable. My last three games:
- Batrider mid vs OD. I finish highest kills, highest assists, second to least deaths on my team. Horrendous loss, according to Axe my fault for not totally shutting down OD. As opposed to the fact that they had a four carry lineup which got majorly fed and our one carry was Meepo.
- Omniknight supporting Doom vs Axe and Warlock. Horrendous fight but just about manage to be even. Drow mid gets totally out of hand and everyone dies.
- Skeleton King supported by Crystal Maiden vs Spirit Breaker and Visage. CM autoattacks and pushes lane until I eventually get her to stop. Still tries to compete for farm. Manage to survive a hell of a lot and we do ok in lane. Suddenly random Ursa pops up out of nowhere with six kills on him because top has been feeding like hell. Game just snowballs because I can't get enough farm to outlast a fed Ursa.
And I'd queue with a friend but frankly there's nobody I really play with regularly or I'd be doing it all the time.
Seriously considering just making a fresh account. Because I'm pretty sure this account is permalocked into MMR hell. Which is a shame, because its my main steam account.

Wow....just played with a retard natures prophet who went 1-22, and he ended up feeding anti mage and huskar till they were 25. Totally lost a game that was won at 20 minutes.
Apart from doing random stupid things..he does stupid shit like tping to enemy fountain, and then tping to our fountain, from our fountain...his items were 4 point boosters and a void stone.
Luna and clinkz think they are invincible cause they have invisiblity(luna shadow blade), despite seeing the opposite team have dust and gem, continue to run into them.Clinkz did not level up his ulti...like at all, and was butterfly rushing for his first big item. Luna uses her ulti to finish off lone heroes who have around 200 hp..
I should just cancel search when the range becomes very large, havent had such a qq inducing team in a long while.

Why do people pick supports if they are just going to stand next to you in lane without casting a spell before lvl 5?

Single draft. Team picks four carries, naturally. Whatever, I'll do my best. I ward top rune at 0:10. At 6:30 mid goes "OMG WHY NO WARDS?!" as I'm walking to ward again. Mid gets ganked from someone walking through my ward and starts moaning about late wards or something, I don't even know. Happens AGAIN and they ask why I've not warded properly. . .MY WARD CAUGHT IT, I PINGED AND EVEN TOLD YOU TO BE CAREFUL. WHAT THE FUCK ELSE DO YOU WANT?
At about 10 minutes in I've bought courier, upgraded it, bought two sets of wards and some sentries while trying to stay out of lane and just pull and generally be useful. "OMG where your items! Report Bane all!" Then, of course, CK naturally stuns people I'm gripping EVERY SINGLE TIME and complains if I die to the teammate attacking me when it's pretty clear we can get an easy double. Honestly. . .
Thankfully the opposition didn't realise that you can't let PL and Medusa get to the 40 minute mark even when down 2 rax, but still. . .I didn't realise Valve thinks I'm so bad that people this stupid are my equals.

my instinct tells me slardar + lina top. Bounty hunter solo suicide, furion jungle, rubick mid. I am however a "noop American pig Slardar" (from South Africa) and the correct way is
