Everyone have about the same mmr. Some are simply better than the others. When mid meepo went 8 min blink into godlike, I thought he is at least 500 mmr higher than our pick because puck is still on bottle + brown boots at that time without a bank. "Having a bad day" may be an excuse for a individual but it is rare to see evenly matched lanes. Most of the time someone over extends of pick badly to give the other team a huge 1K mmr equivalent advantage.

yea, what i'm saying is you should be diligent in taking advantage of the bad players on the other team to secure maximum advantage (and statistically, if you aren't the feeder player, there's slightly greater chance there's one on the enemy team)
of course some games are impossible, but you should strive to maximize your chance of winning in possible games by feeding on feeders
also most pucks probably don't know meepo has like fucking hugeass burst with poof and chasing power with geostrike and if he fed first blood there and he's not a person who's good at handling lost mid lanes, of course he'll keep feeding.

I just had a game where a player went afk in picking stage and didn't come back until like 7 minutes into the game. He was pooping he said. Game was lost even when our UD, SK, lesh trilane had 14-0 combined after 6 minutes.

I'm Silencer mid vs Invoker. I kill him twice with the help of Nature's Prophet. After a while the enemy team decides to push bot lane so I go there. On my way there I find a ring of protection on the floor owned by the WR on my team, so I pick it up and give it to her. She decides to go afk because apparently I ruined her game by giving her the ring.
These are the people I have to deal with since the MMR dropped me from 4.5k to 3.8k for no reason.
Literally impossible to win games like these, it doesn't matter how well I play, if I outplay my opponent or if I go godlike.

edit: My last 3 pages have a good 70% of losses. Most of them are because a dude on my team decided to ruin the game on purpose for some reason. Fucking great.
It's honestly quite retarded how a losing streak can completly fuck you up. Fuck up your winrate, your MMR, the people who you play with, etc. Now the quality of my games dropped by a TON because of it.

just played a game with a guy with 50 matches who somehow got 4500 mmr and didnt understand basics of the game, check his dotabuff after match is finished, he only lost 12 matches in a row with what seems to be an avg. of 1/10/5, how is this possible volvo plz.

Russian macho men cannot buy a single sentry, so what if the enemy team has 3 shadowblades on carries twice as farmed as ours, who coincidentally thinks he is a farming god when in reality most his money comes from me taking all the enemy outer towers in 20 minutes with Axe .
Get reported for not suicide pushing into fights we can't win, without detection. Game ends, our carry has 160 cs in a 50 minute game.

I feel you man. My MMR dropped from 4.3k to 3.8k this week only. Maybe in 1 out of 15 games I actually play so bad that it impacts the game hard enough to make us lose. If that happens I always try to learn from it and improve my play. I even watch my replays sometimes to see what I could have done diffrently. Most of the time though, there is some retard who fucks things up in one way or another. It's even worse when there actually are people in the team who wants to cooperate, but someone else is single-handely ruining the game for everyone else...

just lost a game where we completly destroyed the enemy team the first 10 minutes, it was like 5-20 but then my team thought its -funny- to feed enemy zeus so he had agha refresher at min 20 and 1shot everyone+furion ult

i get into game, pink player loads but doesn't even pick hero. 5 minutes later still hasn't picked a hero, gets an abandon but the mmr for the game gets updated. gg volvo, fucking idiots.

My next 3 games after that post:
1) I pick Ember, go mid vs SF. I destroy him and win the game.
2) I'm Nature's Prophet now. I tp to every possible kill, get a lot of assists and towers. All of a sudden the enemy Clockwerk gets away with like 15 hp. Apparently it was my fault so the Slark on my team never comes to any fight ever again. Enemy AM gets farmed and we lose.
3) I random Abaddon, another guy on my team randoms Spectre. We are the first 2 picks in the entire game and they are pretty good, right ? Well, a dude on my team decides to last pick Faceless Void, goes hardlane and feeds a tons of kill the enemy Mirana, never comes to any fight and bitches about everything...
Now tell me, how the fuck am I supposed to win those games ? Literally over 50% of my games are like that. Valve needs to implement bans for shit like this.
edit: Oh, do I have to say that the Slark and the Void were Russians playing on the EU West server ? I had english selected and they spoke russian all game. Very nice.

How the fuck do South Americans still end up all over the US East server when you fucking have to select your server before you que up for a match?

So I was playing this game as batrider. We were really far ahead, I had just picked off the enemy puck close the roshpit when we were roshing. So we got a free rosh and were going to push tier 3 mid. TA picked up the aegis cause our carry alch wouldn't die anyway cause how far ahead we were.
We pushed tier 3 really fast and then we had to tp back to defend because their furion and wisp CK were splitpushing the other lanes. However, only me and the rubick got back into base. One got interrupted by puck's ult but our alchemist and TA didn't TP. TA didn't even carry a TP vs a ratdota team. So obviously, me and the rubick couldn't really do much vs Furion CK and Wisp so we lost 2 lanes instead of just the one we pushed. How the fuck did I end up in games with teammates like this carry/mid? Volvo pls
