I also thought the KT edition looked very cool :p I would totally buy it if it were for sale in the US, and I have the excuse that the scroll wheel on my old mico is broken. Too bad it seems like it's only available in Korea.

Also the mouse click is very stiff. If you ever have used a razer product this click will be a nightmare to get used to. They only good thing about them is the shape and not driver usb.... I love the shape but at the end of the day its very very unreliable mouse and cost a lot for what it offers.

It has its problems, but to say it is not good is opinionated, not factual. If it's unreliable, why is a pro gamer like Flash using it? It's understandable you aren't fond of the mouse, but that's your experience with it, not everyone else's. Personally, I hated the stiff clicks, and modified the switches and now they're soft. It responds perfectly fine and tracks well at 400 and 800 dpi. The highest DPI setting, I believe it's 1600, is artificial, so I wouldn't recommend using it. Other than that, I've had no problems with it "not working well" with motherboards, and I've used it on several other computers. Even if it did, it's not something that would make me stop using it, it's not like it's going to stop functioning mid game. I'm sure that issue is not as prevalent as some are making it out to be, at least, I've never experienced it in the last year. I'd pay 30 bucks for this mouse over any razer mouse any day, don't make cost more important than comfort. If it works and it feels good in your hand, what's the problem? That goes with any mouse, not just this one.

The Mico often times is indeed malfunctioning in different ways, as reported throughout the web and also in the original TL thread. @topic i haven't seen one with this particular livery there yet, but maybe they'll pop up on gmarket.co.kr as well

You say the only thing good about it is the shape, but that's actually the most important part in finding the right mouse. I disagree, as long as you can get a grip style to work well after a couple hundred hours of use, everything is secondary to the sensor performance and details

In this thread you can see a picture in paint of how it looks when the cursor does a "jump". http://www.overclock.net/t/1084929/my-zowie-mico-experience I emailed zowie last week, havent gotten an answer yet. From what ive read on the OC forums Zowie are aware of this issue, i really hope they fix it.. this sensor bug has been here for quite some time on the micos now.

Thats why I didnt buy it immediately, but I have looked for mouses and no one seems as good as Mico for me (if it works) the shape looks perfect and also stiff clicks seems good. Recently bought an abyssus, but shape was only ok but the clicks was awful, couldnt get used to them being so light. So still playing with my Roccat mouse.

Sucks if Zowie has no plans to bring this elsewhere... Wonder if that's the case with the presumably upcoming GSL and maybe StarTale stuff as well...

You're agreeing with me. You don't need 5000dpi or special on the fly features. You just need a mouse that works, and these days, practically any gaming mouse will work. Comfort is priority, whether you force yourself to get used to it, or buy one that fits you perfectly already, hence, why the Mico was created (or I should say, used by many coming from BW) because the LMO sensor went out of date. I wouldn't recommend buying a gaming mouse unless you demoed it. If it's all for show then by all means go ahead. If you actually plan on using it; well, you might want to check it out first like scph said. It's all about comfort.

Besides the MiCO liking to bug around, the stiff click really is something to consider. I have a lot of mice lying around and not one has a click as stiff as the MiCO does have. I strongly advise to get your hands on a MiCO and see (or rather click) for yourself. Opening up the mouse in order to soften the click is not for everyone and you loose warranty.

Only thing that could be annoying for some users is that it doesn't work without a mouse pad. Aside from that it's the best mouse I've ever used/owned.

I've also had a problem with mine and hard mousepads. On my Goliathus it works great! I am still having to train my fingers to press hard enough (especially the right click) because of the switches. The form is a lot better for me than the Deathadder, and I like how light it is but also solidly built. It looks like a toy but when you feel it you can tell it is of good quality. The coating is really good as well, not textured but still gives grip. I picked the Mico because it is great for fingertip/claw grip (even for my sasquatch hands), simple (no side buttons or insanely high DPI), and very good tracking at 800dpi. If it works for Flash it works for me ![]()
