I think this all goes back to people not understanding the new quality selection menu. I don't see any changes in what resolutions or bitrates you can or can't stream at.

I blame youtube and the likes for making people think that quality and resolution are the same thing If i hear one more person say that something "looks HD" or "doesn't look HD" my stare would probably kill them

The general population seems to think that a 1920x1080 video with 1k bitrate is "480p" and a 960x540 video with 2k bitrate is "1080p" which is baffling

I see that Norton Ghost 15.0 can do granular backups of specific files/folders. I'm wondering if Ghost can also pick and choose to only clone the windows install and core stuff so I can leave media folders that don't need to be cloned on my HDD which would become the secondary drive. So is there a way to clone selective parts of a larger drive onto a smaller drive without partitioning the larger drive? Also, what's a good partition product for doing the above?

What's the cost difference, it's a 400mhz gap so ~10-25% higher minimum fps, probably somewhere in the middle would be my guess Does anyone know what the FPS is for late game 1v1 on those two CPUs? This is just kinda impossible to answer in general, because some max fights give 3 or 4x as much FPS as others. If you look at self reported numbers, they vary from 100fps on one CPU to 30fps on another that's twice as powerful, it's basically useless information, can't judge without anything less than pretty strictly benchmarked numbers, such as a replay (which is provided) with a camera followed, with a list of settings

So after changing my Graphic cards (updated from gtx 260 to 760), i hear this weird buzzing noise coming off my headphones whenever i go ingame, the noise changes whenever i press a key or move my mouse, but its constantly there. Whenever i tab out of the game the noise will stay slighly for 5 to 10 seconds and then disappear completely. Same thing when i shut the game down. There is no noise coming from any component inside of the case. Any clues?
