Lately I've been having some problems while playing SC2 online that I sometimes get some odd textures on maps where at other times I do not get them. They don't look like your stereotypical graphics-card bugs where you just get patches of different colours, it looks like its a designed graphiti over the normal texture or something. Does anyone know what this may be?

That IS a stereotypical graphics card bug. It's using textures from elsewhere in the game (on unit models, probably) on the floor.

Yeah it happens to me about 5-6 times while playing the campaign... Reloading the map usually fixed it, but reloading a save did not. It just seems like a random occurance.

yea it just happened to me the other day, there was black char all over the floor on blistering sands etc.

My hard drives are both really low so I think it may have something to do with that (since windows uses like 200mb for virtual ram and I'm about that low).

Yup I've had those before. Just updated my drivers (I was running ANCIENT ones) and haven't come across these so far.

Dunno happens to too many people to be hardware issues. Also you typically will experience tearing and artifacts when a graphics card is going out, not just pull up the wrong texture.

Happens to me too.
