Maybe someday we'll live in a world where progamers have reasonable employment contracts lol.
Unlikely to happen anytime soon I am afraid *snort* esp in the world of video gaming
That he suffered from rust probably doesn't matter to them

I was pretty shocked the team let Keen play in the WTL instead of Nice, Keen didnt even play in the GSL qualifier and somehow they think adding him was a great move.
Also, HM joining Offsyde is very exciting, their schedule is front-loaded against top teams, but they play 3 manageable opponents in the last couple rounds. Big Gabe could take them into the playoff spots there.

If they were after decent Performance and not solely Name value, they should have gotten a decent B-tier Foreigner instead of Keen in the first place. From what I ve heared Koreans ask for (and often get) about 3-4x the pay than foreigners of similar skill levels. Thats why some of the more grass root Teams like Plat heroes or Berserker have foreigners only. You can support an entire (B-Tier-) foreigner- WTL squad on the same costs, it would take to sign 1 (C-Tier-) Korean like Keen.

Poopi could have made a fortune selling his service as "ESWC qualification system advisor" to every big esport org.

NightMare leaves Bleed Esports. Seems like he is the first victim of "we only pick up players for EWC". While this isn't too dramatic, I'm wondering if (should we get a new EPT Season announced soon) that means that teams like Navi or Virtus.Pro will drop their players after the EWC and just pick some up next year.
Btw, as an addendum why teams aren't picking up more than one player: I think, if I understand the EWC rules correctly, there is a "one entry per game and org"-limit for the EWC points. So for example, if Serral and Reynor would be in the finals, BASILISK still only gets the points for winning the tournament, but not for both. So for an org like Talon, it sadly doesn't make much sense to pick up more weaker players next to Dark, since they most likely won't be going further in the bracket as him.

It's strange that they picked up NightMare if they only wanted someone for EWC.
I think that his only chance of getting into EWC was winning the open qualifier.
Maybe it was a long shot that didn't pay off.
