Introducing: OlimoLeague Invitationals
After a month break, OlimoLeague will return for the remainder of 2021!
New Format: Invitationals
OlimoLeague will operate as an invitational with different formats each time. We will operate either bi-weekly or monthly depending on the amount of money crowd-funded.
Each invitee will be given an appearance fee for participating in the tournament, and the remainder of the prize pool will be divided based on win rate to encourage participants to try their best.
The patreon's goals and tiers have been altered to reflect our new format.
Scheduling
We will aim to operate on Tuesdays like always. Our first invitational will be held on July 6th, 8 PM KST. We are still locking down our players, but we will be inviting former OlimoLeague regulars to thank them for participating in OlimoLeague.
If the SC2 schedule does not allow us to hold a tournament bi-weekly due to conflicts, we will aim to host one tournament during that month and double the prize pool.
OlimoLeague will operate under these new changes until December 2021, then revist our necessity within the scene.
