Oh, I am. Elazer couldn't have hoped for a better korean opponent(except for soO in his seemingly slumping state, and Fantasy); Elazer has a pretty even record against korean Zerg and a not that terrible head to head against Dark, eliminating him from BlizzCon in 2017 and losing 1-2 at WESG earlier this year. I expect Dark to advance but we should have a series, not a stomp.

Even tho Dark is no soO (who lost to Namshar pretty badly lately), ZvZ is the only matchup where the European (top) Zergs seem to be ahead of Korean Zergs, so I think the match should be pretty even. If Elazer wins that would make my day considering how many people think it's going to be a stomp. Elazer obviously is the underdog, Dark has home advantage and seemingly is in top shape. edit: changed the wrong player

It was Namshar beating soO, but apart from that, I agree with everything you wrote. My dream scenario is the one in which Elazer, TIME and Serral all advance!

Once upon a time Elazer was a beast at ZvZ and the koreans were pretty bad at ZvZ, nowadays I feel like the level of Korean ZvZ is a bit higher, and Elazer isn't as good at the matchup as he used to be. Obviously, he has a chance, and maybe a higher chance than people would think. From memory, the last time they played was 2-1 to Dark at WESG? Those were some weird games.

No offense to HeRoMaRinE, but the PvT of any Korean Terran who drops a map to him is immediately suspect.

Elazer 3-2 Dark (Catching heat for this one lmao. Definitely me least serious prediction) soO 3-2 TIME (Lets see if TIME is for real) Maru 3-2 Stats (What the actual fuck, why is this Ro16) ShoWTimE 3-2 Neeb (Too bad PvP is Neeb's worst matchup) Serral 3-2 TY (Another wtf moment) Trap 3-0 HeRoMaRinE (Trap gonna stomp) Reynor 3-1 SpeCial (I want Special to win so this was hard for me lol) Classic 3-0 FanTaSy (Wya Inno) Can we have them redo it for all matchups to be KR vs World

Why is Fantasy retiring? Also, this is not KeSpa era Brood War, this disrespect towards foreigner is insulting and unjustified; no TossGirl would cry after losing to IdrA...

I'm excited for Soo vs TIME, TIME showed real good TvZ against Serral at Assembly so i think he has a good shot at winning the series.
