The RO32 upsets continued in Season 2 of Code S as 2017 BlizzCon champion Rogue was eliminated from Group E. More surprising than Rogue's elimination itself was the player advancing ahead of him, as FanTaSy became the first player of the LotV era to reach the Code S RO16 after returning from Korea's mandatory military service. With victories over Rogue and Leenock, FanTaSy joined Stats in advancing from Group E.
"There were a lot of times when I wanted to quit, and it was really hard for me even recently. But as I prepared for the matches, I told myself 'as long as you're going to do this, have a good mindset and do your best.'" said FanTaSy in the post-match interview.
This year has been pretty bad compared for JinAir compared to last year so far. Maru winning Season 1 and Trap's ro4 was there so objectively not horrible but last year IEM Katowice and WESG had also gone their way. Now Trap's their only player left in Code S :/
Edit: As I press post I realize sOs is also there.

No respect for Cure who has the easiest group to advance from out of all Jin Air players (relative to their skill)
I'm really sad to see Rogue go... -.- But i'm also happy for Fantasy. But that aside: What's happening to Jin-Air? Trap and sOs have to hold the torch up now (yes, i know, Cure is also still left in codeS, and i like him, but historically, he hasn't been on the level of Trap or sOs) Despite beeing an sOs fan: I'm rooting for Trap, he deserves a win. IMO he's been the best Jin-Air-Toss for quite some time now.

This is just horrible... I never really was complaining about balance but those games today and especially last group the aLive vs Creator game was just horrible to observe... there has to be a change.. nerf prisms and/or Immortals

Fair enough with aLive and Creator but crying about balance because Stats beat Leenock and FantaSy? We're talking about the best Protoss of Lotv and currently the second best Protoss in the world beating a guy who's best result this year is top 20 at IEM Katowice and another who's only recently returned from military service. Stats is tiers above them no way they were gonna beat him, balance or no balance.
Stats looked very solid in this group, seemed to get through no problem.
Fantasy looked super happy that he advanced, good to see real join in a relatively small achievement. He deserves some good results.
Leenock looked like Leenock. Good enough to think maybe theres something more there but then bad plays and throws to seize defeat from the jaws of victory.
Rogue looking totally demoralized. Again. Definitely a player who seems to get into his own head and has losses compound losses. That 2-0 cheese out against Leenock made him die inside. One of the fastest series in GSL.
